Bunny is highballing here 100%, the first offer is always high so they can see how much money you are actually be willing to spend. 2.5-3 is actually a decent price because you have to remember your still buying a business and purchasing a building.

The reason of BM not getting construction is not because she's isn't clouted, is because it's a GTA building and you can't change that. Secondly, If they manage to cover BM's brand, it might give some people "headaches" or break their game because the area will have too many custom assets.

The size of the building, the location, the 85% completed construction and the facility which will be used to operate a business that can earn the money back slowly is defo worth 4mil. its a steal. Even if MDM have 10 mil, what building can they even buy that's appropriate for their needs and functional? lol Not many buildings in the city are available for use or even construction which is why its so rare to find one, heck, you cant even get a small store front in the city and it's one of the few buildings that is up for sale that match their requirements'. It's a steal. Or they can wait another 5 months for a building and construction lol.

That's not how buildings and businesses work. If a business isn't bringing in money then it's worth less, if a building is unused/abandoned it is worth less. Yes, you are right, location and size do make a difference but the fact it'll start making money under new owners does not. Given the limited flexibility of construction, the scuff, the lack of foot traffic; its not worth more than 2 million

The location isn't good at all because there is no foot traffic there and I dont see how they can legally earn 4m in from that building in a few months especially if u see that bunny hasn't made anything in a year. If mandem pay 4m to 10m ic, they can get construction in mdmr building or the different events place. MDM Records is one of the most well-known and influential businesses and its the only competition to Wu Chang which already has an events place so it's won't be very difficult for them to construction. They would have to wait for construction even if they buy Bahama mamas and construction can be done in 2-4 months depending on what they want and how quickly they want it

The pricing in this city is wild, people buy a car for 2 million and immediately think it’s worth 5 million+ (for anyone replying to me I’m talking more about people just saying random numbers and not looking at what the car or whatever was last sold for, yes I do realise that stuff goes up in price the rarer it gets I’m not stupid)

You see tuner shop sells the car for 2mil for example (a like 2 of 2 or 3 of 3 car) and a person whos last in the list to that car or their are no more of those cars the value of it will go way up. for example T and Tony bought r8 hycades for 2.2mil~ no more r8s are being sold in the tuner shop and they are both very popular so Tony sold his r8 for 5mil

I mean for a lot of people, they instantly fully upgrade the car and add wheels, neons and other cosmetic extras. Some of them have drift kits added on. And then it is about availability, the rarer tuner shop cars get restocked every 6 months I believe and so in the middle of that time the cost goes up because the car is harder to buy.

@@99wesser yes I know that but that evaluation would be the average for that car type from every owner rather than maybe 1 being sold for 3 million and then another for 6 million maybe another for 4 million, there’s no balance anywhere whereas IRL there would be a general price that every car is close or rather than there being a crazy price gap in between
