I have had mine for longer than I could remember, since the time of mu original 5D, I think. It is still up there with the best. OK, it is not in the same league of the latest latest Nikon AFS FL but neither is the price. I also have Nions, a lot of them. They are superb lenses but heavy. This Canon zoom is a gem, sharp enough, light and has an effectice VR. Unless someone needs F2.8 on regular basis, then there is no point in having one. BTW, it is not that cheap, but cheaper than some of the other zooms around.

Asking people to watch a full 15 minute B & W video is not a great way to grow your channel. But maybe you enjoy low numbers.....such as 1923. Now, that year fully suits your vid. @@Light_Camera_Story

@@thommysides4616 Well, you are right. But I have a full time job, full time baby and RU-vid is where I do "me time". So, I do what I feel like 'at that moment or day ". The moment I prioritize viewers wish over mine, it becomes another full-time job and it's not"Me Time " anymore. Fact that more than 50 people that I do not know, watching this video and commenting and criticising, it's a beautiful thing already .
