I did not think I would ever get married but I did later in life. This means that I did not have sex until I was almost 40. I did have the same feelings as anyone else but, I didn’t act on them because I knew that that was not healthy emotionally or physically and I knew that it wasn’t God’s plan. If I had never married I would have found other ways to fulfill my emotional needs but I was glad that I waited because, it was an opportunity for my spouse and I to learn and share together. We have been married over 25 years and I can’t imagine us being separated by anything but death. We have enriched each others lives and take care of each other.

i was very young and found that i was attracted to women. but I WAS NOT born that way. whoever says they are, they are lying. there are different influences and situations that made me think i was gay.
So proud of your honesty. If people would stop thinking only of what they want and start being honest as to how they adopted the mindset, the truth would be revealed unto them. If people go back to where the mindset started, there they'll find the truth. It comes from trauma or other experiences such as coercion, influences, fads, or something. God didn't make a person that way, instead people grow up and ultimately CHOOSE it. As a kid you have NO clue of sexuality or sexual orientation UNTIL taught in SOME form or another. Therefore, no one is born that way, it is learned in some way. I've counseled many men and women, yet they all mentioned trauma. Whether good or bad, everything any of us know, has been learned and from that people choose what they choose. People chase feelings and emotions, but oftentimes they're led wrong, because they're also blinded by those same feelings and emotions. People want what they want even when it is wrong or not good for them. When a person gives power to their thoughts, they're ultimately consumed and overtaken by how they think, because that way of thinking takes root in them. They live what they believe, because it's what they want, feel, and desire. We see it daily in the choices and decisions people make. We see it in what people allow and accept in their lives. We also see it in what people subject themselves to and what they conform to.
@@MsCG-ix6pb i agree 100%. in real life i wouldn't dare talk about this. well up until recently God has helped me share my story. but i was raped at 12 years old.. at a young age i was made fun of because i dressed like a boy because i had no girly clothes the people i was accepted by in a way was gay people i attracted gay friends. i have been traumatized by almost every man that i've known. it all started with my father he was very narcissistic and abusive and would beat me and always hit my mother and constantly verbally abuse me. i also tried to have a boyfriend and he and i didn't work out. it was so hard to think of it like this, thinking that i might've been sexually assaulted again but he forced himself on me to have sex with him when i didn't want to and caught me completely off guard and it reopened old wounds he didn't care about or understand. so i struggled for a bit thinking i liked women. but i found the Lord at 16 years old. i am 17 now. and can say i am finally really starting to get to know him. im so glad to know him and learn more about his word everyday. i am still traumatized by a lot i've been through in life. my life has not been the easiest. but God has helped me understand why i went through what i did. and is healing me. he is the only one that ever could. he helped give me back true control and has given back what the enemy took from me. regarding the open wounds i still have i leave that to the Lord. i have been reborn through the blood of Jesus and i am beyond blessed and undeserving to know him. i know we all have experienced pain and hard times, i just want to let you know that i am grateful you got through them. i pray you may keep seeking Yah! may he bless and protect you. Praise God for this pastor. I believe that real preachers don’t just sit behind the four walls of his church bringing the gospel, he must go out to the streets where the sinners are and reach them. That takes lots of strength faith and courage to go out and risk your life for the gospel.

That passage does not mean that we make no effort after the initial rejection. It means that after a real effort to dialogue, if people completely reject, move on. If you have a person who considers what you say but doesn’t change their mind right there, seed may have been planted. That verse is for those who absolutely refuse to hear or dialogue. Also, even if we do shake the dust off our feet, it’s okay to feel bad because a soul that could be free remains lost.

@@J_a_s_o_n these days almost everyone is deceived. Our world teaches people (starting as young children in school) that God is a myth and that they best thing they can do for themselves is to follow their own passions and emotions. God's word says the opposite, to deny ourselves and follow Jesus.
