I think without all the controversy CB’s popularity could’ve reached The Weeknd’s level. But if his style and quality of music remained roughly the same, I don't think CB could've been Michael Jackson 0.85 let alone 2.0. Justin Timberlake 2.0 is more realistic, but even peak JT pales next to MJ in terms of any metric that could measure stardom. Peaks stardom: MJ ››››››››››››› JT ›››› Weeknd ›› CB Some folks ain't old enough to understand how massively successful, insanely dominant, highly acclaimed, and worshipped like a deity _worldwide_ Michael Jackson was at his peak.
