I grew up watching CID. My parent in Bangladesh never allowed me to stay awake past 10 except for Friday where until 11:30pm the show used to air. Thank you for making my childhood special.

Actually i was also surprised in 2016 that cid was slowly sidelined by sony and sony still today broadcasts cid in its sister channels like wah pal and more than 12hrs cid runs on tv and the episodes such as akhri chanauti never gets old

I love just how you all shows loyalty towards your directers and producers, and now many peoples even don't remember what their leader has done in their life and how he or she helped them to grow, they dont think about ut and leave their own leader, i am watching it in many cases like crazy xyz, mr.indian hacker,and many other types like bands and other stuffs

Am happy watching the old episodes ❤ I don't want the original makers to take the risk like the new season of Crime Patrol being a flop. The old chatm can never be brought back. I know fans want to watch new episodes but as Daya Sir said, 'Everything that starts ends' . Also, other channels should not be allowed to play CID and earn like this. CID is Singh sir's baby.

As I have seen in Cricket Team- Once upon a time It was Era of Sourav Ganguly. Then it was Era of Dhoni.. Then it was Kohli. And now Rohit Sharma. Can same thing happen with CID where one character retires another takes his place where the legacy continues. Here in Cricket also we do criticise that the team of this captain was better than that captain. This bowler/batsman was better than that one. But still the legacy has moved on and on. Can the same thing happen here.
