Cobra Kai season 1 is the best season of the cobra kai franchise. In this video I'll go over why the pacing, character development, tournament, comedy and soundtrack make season 1 the best of all 5 in cobra kai. I'll also do a cobra kai season 1 review and analysis and compare it to cobra kai season 5.

Cobra Kai season 1 was made for those that saw the original when they were kids current Cobra Kai while still decent is made to be as popular as possible for the general streaming audience

Well, I like most about season one is it felt like all the side characters had a lot of interesting dynamics to them, sort of like GTA side characters. Like I honestly thought, it was interesting, that Daniel, who came from such a humble origins, had a spoiled brat for a son who was just basically in a hole. However, the show is not the one that got him to do the diet. That was the actor himself to get more acting roles, and he really can’t blame him. It also helps that he had a big growth spurt between season two and season three getting about 6 inches taller.

The focus should have been with the character johnny and his redemption of cobra kai. Would have been interesting to see where it would have gone without the return of old karate kid characters.

Yeah I like seasons 2 to 5, and season 6 part 1 even more than those, but season 1 is timeless, the best no doubt.

literally, that’s why I hope the end of season 6, will be about Johnny reclaiming the original Cobra Kai Dojo back after Kreese and Silver die, or something happens to them, and he becomes in control of it again and uses it to teach kids the right way like he was supposed to all the way back in season 1.
