I cannot poop whole day if i do not drink coffee, i tried leaving coffee but i had a severe constipation issue if i didn't drink it. I started drinking coffee again 😭
It’s so embarrassing 😢 I can’t even drink coffee at work I can only drink coffee at home on the weekend Because I’ll use the toilet all day and be with chronic stomach pain
I drink a full mason jar of water (approximately 4 cups) every morning before ingesting anything else. And as such, I typically have to hit the toilet 💩 either before I've finished my water or soon after. With that said, my thoughts are that perhaps *any liquid* would flush out our systems, in the same way that pouring mop water into a toilet causes it to spontaneously flush. Most of us move our bowels during the morning. Moreover, coffee is the first liquid that many people ingest. It's possible that this☝️ is what causes people to link crap 💩 to coffee intake ☕ But again, my thoughts are that it's possible that any liquid would do this (particularly during the morning) . What are your thoughts about this, Doc??
I was always told caffeine dehydrated you? I've had bowel issues for 20 yrs since my gallbladder and appendix was removed. It used to be if I an immediate 1 hour ordeal after I ate. NOW! I'm lucky if it's once every 3-4 WEEKS!!!! Yes I said 1 time ever 3-4 weeks. Coffee used to be my go to when I had issues. Now it doesn't help. I am going to try less cream maybe it will help. This is no way to live for sure. I wish there was a doctor like you around here!
New subscriber here. I swear to caffeine pills years ago for cost & to undo 25yrs worth of coffee stains on my teeth. Are caffeine pills better, worse, or the same as liquid coffee?
