We need to talk to a good counselor if we are in pain. If we carry the pain by ourself, we will get confused and eventually sick. Sometimes we depend on our parents, brothers, sisters, family members to help us solve the problems. This weakens us because we hold our family in high regard and look down the person we are in conflict with. Suppose I and the person I am in conflict with live alone in an island, wouldn't we cherish each other and make an effort to respect and love each other because we have nobody else? But , in real life, we tend to come back to parents, family , hoping they will take care of us while the person we are in conflict with is a beautiful soul also and can cooperate with us to solve conflict between him and us if we do not weaken him, disempower him by us telling the stories of our conflicts with family and friends. Talk to a good counselor and pray to God and use His wisdom to solve conflicts in our life. Listening to the wisdom of sister Shivani changes my life. She is the best counselor. Expecting is slavery. Expecting is not normal. Accepting is freedom, power. Accepting is normal. But if the other person abuses us mentally, emotionally, physically, stay away from that person. We don't have to carry bad thoughts about that person, but we need to create a safe environment for us to live in.
