@@josephgreenslade7525 most of them all go to Dagestan for camps to train. For example, Ismail Musukaev is from Kabardino-Balkaria ,another small region and trained many times in Dagestan.
To put it in perspective, even with the best Dagestani wrestlers unable to attend, athletes of a Dagestani background still lead the medal table with three gold and three bronze medalists.
I wish my country afghanistan was prosperous and stable, the kids there would've loved a sport like wrestling there. I hope in the future we get to see some talent come out of there.
Very good video. Please take the background music off as it's just ruining the video. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing back training and competing.
Great video. The US has a bizarre obsession with football and so many 5 foot nothing dads tell their kids "you gotta wr3stle to be better at football". There is none of that noise in Dagastan.
As a Muslim it was great to hear you say positive things about the impact of Islam on the Dagestan wrestlers. I hated to hear that you would not be able to compete in the Olympics. I hope you heal from the injury and it has no long term influence on your career. That being said, GO BUCKS! O-H!!
Awesome video brother! These are some of the differences that I noticed compared to USA. 1. They are all unanimous in their ways of training and thinking with full belief in the system. In USA you get a lot more different opinions. 2. They take their warm ups and stretching more seriously, even gymnastics 3. They train their entire life in very high altitudes which gives them a big advantage in endurance 4. The lifestyle and brotherhood makes them stronger. They motivate each other and they are way closer to each other then most of USA collages. If one succeeds they all feel like they succeeded because they are in it together. 5. Food is all natural and non GMO
No drinking, live in a village where there aint much temptation, wealth if you succeed, room filled with world and olympic champions, in the mountains with high altitude, just s few reasons
@@abdujk yes I did twice! I lost my first time to him 6-4 in European championships 2018, and last year I beat him at the world championships 9-7 in the quarter finals en route to my gold medal
