I feel like i can speak for a good majority, they did nothing to make us want to see him as champion and if anything were kinda pissed he won the MITB case cuz it couldve been another waste of the briefcase. However they executed his cash in so damn well that now it seems like a good thing he won. I do hope he has a good run, i think he will lose to drew at clash at the castle so drew gets his moment in front of his home crowd
The biggest problem of Damien Priest is not Damien Priest. It’s WWE. After becoming one of the two top champions in the company, what is his first promo? It’s a comedy skit with the judgment day and awesome truth. The whole thing about truth still being part of the judgment day. Why? As the, top champion in the company along with Cody Rhodes. He deserves the respect of being able to come out and speak to the audience just like Cody. He should get a huge single push. It almost looks like they just put the title on him to further the story between CM punk and Drew McIntyre. my concern is they don’t let him keep the title for long and they do nothing of significance with him. And that would be a grave mistake. Damien Priest has the ability and potential to be one of their top stars if they just give him the opportunity. Stop putting him out here in these comedy skits.he is a champion. He deserves better.
