To carry that pressure for 15years is why you are a legend glad to see that you found the direction that suits you your videos not only give so much knowledge they are great to watch so many match anglers are so full of them selves but you show the better side of the craft

A fantastic career to proud of Des, and all good things come an end. I love the story abou the pots, euro 2003 in Vries that was. Only a couple of weeks later, and everybody in the netherlands was using pots from then on.

Totally absorbing. Des at his candid best and Andy keeping the flow. Interesting Point highlights whether angling in England is becoming one dimensional (commercials) and we are gradually losing that broad capability and competitive edge. Keep doing the brain drain guys, the wisdom is awesome.

im 60 now, at 10 years old i started fishing, loved it, i can remember being 4 or 5 tieing bits of string to sticks and pretending i was fishing, i found it perfectly natural, and soon became good, when i was 14 i was selected for the, north yorkshire and south durham team, done the national championships for a couple of years, then discovered punk rock alcohol and women , just got back into it 3 year back, i recon i could qualify for england, but after listening to des, i dont tink we would be compatible, im such a moaning old twat.
