These are somalis from the somali regions of kenya and Ethiopia. They are natives to that land and have not moved there and are not foreigners. These regions became part of these countries after the concept of divide and rule by the Britidh empire. Somalis had to fight the British empire,Italian and the French at the same for freedom for their lands. Imagine fighting 3 imperial powers at the same for the freedom of your land. Somalis were preoccupied with this and that's why these lands went to kenya and Ethiopia.

Allah (S.W) is watching over us and we don't get what we want if we are using prohibited avenues. If unity was achieved through agreement, so will separation. Giving your hard fought land won't give you recognition. You need to review what the herpzard unity of North and South was about. That threat is still visible.
