In this video I explain the reasons why I purchased my Bailey Discovery D4-2.
I picked up my ‪@baileyofbristol‬ Discovery D4-2 in October 2021 and I have done 50 nights so far in it.
When I was looking to purchase a caravan I checked out 5 different caravans but I settled on the Bailey.

Great video I’m glad to see you start caravaning so young I started at 27 and love it now nearly 40 ,looks a good set up you have and enjoy castleton we stayed on the caravan and moterhome club site it’s a lovely area 👍

Great video again 👏👏👏 watched your channel this morning and my daughters boyfriend walked in the room and was very interested in the choices. He's changing is car,and now thinking of a tourer caravans instead the tent.👍👍👍👍👍🤛🤛🤛🤛

Great video as always, I see your on the drive at home do your parents still have their caravan. Wish I could get away in my van more but work and other commitments restrict us.

Be careful in peak district jack with your car I have a caravan and a lorry driver and there is some hills like you probably never seen before take your time loverly once you get there blue John mines as well

Make sure you've got extra/spare levelling chocks for Castleton. 👍👍

@@CaravanningwiththeCoxs - Hi Oliver - we tried a motorhome before opting for a caravan and went there. As I recall, unless you are near the top (near the caravan storage). Then everything from bottom to top, was pretty slopey, with some pitches being worse than others. The reservoir is definitely worth a walk/cycle around (not sure if slicks would cut it).

Wondered how you'd get on in a small van as you're quite tall aren't you?!! I love all the tiny ones! The one I really liked, I don't think they make them any more but I love the layout. I would like the end kitchen with a corner washroom and I liked the corner sofa too! Can't for the life of me remember the make & model! It was in this vid! Anyway Oliver, I shall look out for you at the Nec, can't wait now! xx

I'm 6'3" and really couldn't get it to work if your a little shorter would work but for us it doesn't unfortunetly.

I'm 6.1 and on the large side, with the pillows to fridge and cookers end both me and the wife fit well. OK the late night pee runs make you feel a little hurried to get out, but it works very well. We put a aircross awning on ours to give us a little more room, but are now looking at a d4.2 as it has a full bathroom and loads of extra room.

Over priced though well built(ish) and no shower room to speak of. There are better options available now albeit the Eriba are an icon. I love them and want one but the bathroom is an issue on certified sites. However, each to his own and if you have one enjoy… especially the Ocean Blue… just needs a proper shower room!

Love the D4-2, funky on the outside, modern and ever so practical on the inside, as you say. We're going to the same Oxford site the weekend after you! And will vlog it, too, won't be as professional as yours, though! 🙃
