And it clearly differs from the other 3. There were also many gospels that didn’t make the canon. And even if Jesus claimed to be god it doesn’t make it so. Plenty of people throughout history claimed to be divine.

The people who ask “Show me where Jesus himself says, ‘I am God,’ or ‘Worship me.’”, are saying to the God of the universe, “Your Word isn’t clear enough. Explain better.” Whether it’s to know the truth or to shut up the people who disagree with them, they want God to hand them the truth on a silver platter. They have no interest in sitting at Jesus’ feet and learning something. Just like the disciples who walked away when Jesus said hard things. I pray that we as Christians do not think this way about something we don’t understand in God’s Word.

I just confronted two JW's on why they added words to Zechariah 3.2, today. They obviously went to the good ole "But in the hebrew it might say" But i came prepared, and had the text in hebrew with a one-to-one translation, transliteration and a semantic translation, and showed them that the word "malakh" does not appear before "Yahwe". They stumped and i hope they will go investigate further themselves.

@@umar_shahzad here’s the issue I think people are missing. Jesus has to tip toe around the subject in order to accurately teach his disciples and the people so that we may have scriptures we understand, all while avoiding getting crucified too early. That’s why he couldn’t just come and explicitly explain it all right away because they’d put him to death immediately and then we don’t get any of this parables, teachings, and examples of how to live our life. Does that make sense as to why he couldn’t just come and explicitly say these things? Additionally, he has put to death for blasphemy and making himself equal to God, that’s fundamentally why he died, but when he was making himself God, he was doing so in a way that would be clear to 1st century Jews.
During the First Century , when Jesus is doing his ministry He can’t out front say “I Am God Worship Me” He would be immediately be condemned for blasphemy except those who are close to Him knows ‘His Mother and Disciples’ even in the work He does healing the sick in the Name of God The Father has angered the Jews, So until His Time for His ultimate sacrifice arrive when Caiaphas asks Jesus if he is the Messiah. Jesus responds, “I am.” Mark 14:53-65.
I just now listened to this exclamation of Jesus, being more than a man, the father’s divine son, who is one with the father therefore he is God, but not the father. I’ve been at Catholic my entire life but until now I didn’t truly understand the Trinity in such a clear manner that Sam presented. This is mind blowing and wonderful. Thank you Sam.
I’ve been searching for the right words if necessary to confront my mother who is still a JW…I was born and raised JW but left at a young adult at 19. It was VERY traumatic, as some of the ex JW here I’m sure can relate, I had not prayed for years went through depression and addiction, and never fully came to terms with my former faith until a few years ago. It was from a dream that gave me the catalyst to find my way to Jesus. Jesus came to me in a dream 3 years ago and explained this to me, and I woke up with complete understanding, it was Aaahhhmazing. I’m so thankful I’m on the right track, I think he really with ALL of us, but it’s important that we really know the truth. And it’s interesting I came to the realization that the Holy Spirit has been with me all this time.

Jesus claimed to be God- jesus said if you see me you see the father, I and the father are one. God is lord, like God said there shall be no other gods before me, god came in human flesh and walked among us. The king james bible was translated into English, so we allcan understand it, there was nothing added or taken away. God made it clear that whoever shall take away any of his words from the bible will be condemned. God is a spirit,he came to earth and walked among us. I am happy to see someone that can so very succinctly explain that Jesus is in fact God. It took me quite a few years to finally understand who Jesus actually is, but once I re-read the book of John it clicked. John 1: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. Then we jump down to verse 14. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Jesus is the embodiment of the Word of God. Jesus is the voice of God that spoke all creation into existence. It blew my mind the moment that this clicked in my brain.

Just read John 14 vs 6 to 11. It settles it all, even his discipline asked him who the father was and he told them.. Jesus has already answered all this questions about who he is 2000 years ago, why are people not satisfied by him saying him and his father are one.. I pray the holy spirit manifest in you all

This is so good. A thought that came to me is that males are XY. But a woman is XX genetically. If a male sperm has a Y and fertilises an ovum which is ALWAYS X. A male child is conceived. So it is the male XY that determines gender. Very interesting as Eve a female was taken from Adam a male.
