I do own both white and sand versions. At the beginning I was afraid it will be too small for 7" wrist, but I got used to it and love them both. Left the white one on the bracelet for more dressy occasions and put the sandy on a dark blue leather. Great little watches for the price, I just wish they'd use saphire. The 3'o'clock "bump" bothers me as well, but also got used to it after some time... The same with the crossed dune lines at the bottom, I just wish it would be a bit different. And I was really surprised that no one talks about it in the reviews! You're the first one I know 😄
Thanks! I've got the other two colours and the blue isn't that great. I'm thinking of getting this brown one as well. Maybe I'll wait for the next version and wear the white one in the meantime. I also happen to have the yellow one with sapphire, but there the AR isn't good enough so it's a bit "milky" and harder to read. It's made me reevaluate my feelings about mineral.

Great review!! I figured I should get one of these sand diaI watches. I just purchased the AD2059 with the script font version of the logo, an NH35, sapphire crystal and a jubilee bracelet. Came in at around US $65 after all rebates and coupons.
My favorite 2024 is the Prospex Limited Edition 1965 Recreation European Exclusive in Gradation Island Blue. The dial is stunning and the contrast when on a white strap is to die for. I will get my hands on one from AMZWATCH
Thanks for the review! I went with the more recently offered automatic version that has an NH53. Costs twice as much (~$100 USD), but I feel it's well worth the extra expense, because in addition to the automatic movement you get a sapphire crystal, jubilee bracelet, and a better looking dial IMO, as the ugly Addiesdive logo is replace by a much more delicate Addiesdive name in script. My only negative is that the undersides of the lugs and bracelet have many sharp edges, which although not ideal, doesn't seem to affect the on-wrist wearing experience.
tldw: because it's awesome :) I've had mine since the release, still delighted with it, no visible scratch on that cristal so far. It's really fantastic, not just for the price but overall. A very subdued and classic style but with that twist of the fancy dial. I always spend a lot of time looking at it when I wear it.
There’s the ad2059- different font for the logo, much more fitting. I have the blue version of this one, on a black leather band, and it’s a beauty. Quite dressy looking.
I ended up buying two for my Mrs, but being rough with watches, I need sapphire. If it wasn't for that, I'd have bought all three dial options for myself as well.

Like the sandy dial look of this watch. I have issues with Aliexpress account where they freeze my account for some reason, so can’t order stuff from them.
Looks nice, reasonably priced and can tell the time, accurately. This is the triple threat in a general daily wear watch. This is lost on most people swayed by overpricd brand’s watches, that, tell the time haha
This to me is part of the Chinese Watch Trilogy: this AD30, the Merkur PP Jumphour, and the Red Star 1963 watch to me are China's calling card the watch world that theyre legit.
I’d like to know what people mean by an uncomfortable bracelet.The only reasons I can see what would make a bracelet uncomfortable would be if it’s too tight or it’s too loose .What else makes it’s uncomfortable??
Thank you for your channel and broad selection of watches you review very well. For me there is no more interest for battery running watches. Only automatic watches to my liking.

The script on the face put me of getting this watch. It’s a dress watch and should be plain or a nice script. That spot above the 3 is noticeable and again is a put of. You know it’s there even if no one notices it.

If you see something you don't like, DONT BUY IT, don't come here and call me a liar. The "waves" cross, but it's not supposed to be a perfect pattern.
