At least government should take action against this. In future no one will be able to believe on their offer letter. It’s totally disheartening. All MBA colleges should learn this and should have to publish their result at same time. All IIMs also should follow this. There should be transparency in admissions calls.

Govt should take action against these Institutions. They are playing a big role in distroing children's life.

Not only buffer call issue, despite securing around 99 percentile, 2 yrs WE, high academic profile, performed well MDI PI...just because got interview calls from better b-schools than MDI... they are putting these type candidates under WL above 500. 90-95 percentilers more probable for selection as there's a possibility of joining. But this is not a fair way of selection. Unfortunate.

It will be a problem for 2024 aspirants as well, since most seats next year will be taken up by 2023 students in MDI thereby lessening total tier 1 college seats for 2024 students as well. Big issue for both years' aspirants.

@@Abcxyz.24Not just IB seats. All those defer their admission they would be able to choose any program of their choice be it core hrm or ib for the term 2025-2027, irrespective of the program they got this year . For example if they got IB this year and mdi could not provide them admission and gave them a defer than next year they could choose any of ib hrm core based on their choice . Which is not so fair according to me for cat 2024 aspirants
