Hey Tyler, good stuff man! So if car washes are so good, why do I see so many abandoned, shut down. There are 4 right here in my city that are closed, 2 really nice properties, 2 need a little work. You can hear residents talking about how they wish they were open. We have one automatic wash in town. However there are a lot of people and commercial companies that want a do it yourself wash including me. Your thoughts on this?

Lots of older owners that don't want to spend the money required to fix them up and get them operational since the equipment costs are substantial

@@TylerCauble Hey Tyler, thanks for the reply..but you missed the point, my point is if they are so good why has some Car Wash King not purchased them, its all for sale..you are right about this particular owner, he has moved on.
