I just found out he has been in another relationship the entire time! I think he keeps ‘spares’ at the ready for when his current ‘main’ relationship inevitably fails. Great info! My ex from 13yrs ago (whom monkey branched from me) recently texted me to see how I’m doing. It’s been 2yrs since she last reached out. Each time she contacts me, I believe she’s having relationship issues or right around the time of a breakup. She’s been in 2 long term relationships since me.
I replay this video everytime I start missing the narc, cheating ex. This is my reality check when I pretend to be willfully ignorant. Don't know why my mind only gravitates towards our good memories and not the times she betrayed me. I wish I wasn't attached easy to people, but I think it has something to do with not having friends growing up and no one to talk to.
I was dumped by text message .. after 4 years.. no closure or proper adult conversation - I have no idea why or what happened. She just said ‘I need to concentrate on my work and health’ .. strangest excuse I’ve ever heard. She never reached out.

This happened to me and my wife. We separated 7 months ago. Monkey branched to her ex. I went no contact immediately. She filed for divorce and we finally had our court date a couple of weeks ago. Guess what? She didn't even show up to her own court hearing! Who does that?
I'm a girl so this is the reverse situation for me. It is the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. My ex's rebound contacted me last year, but she started patronizing me which kind of tells me there may be trouble in 'paradise'. I appreciate your words.

I am sorry but bipolar disorder is not a character disorder or a personality disorder. People with bipolar have enough stigma to contend with without being unfairly lumped in with sociopaths etc.
The thing about these women is that the stronger you are, the longer she will stay around and wear the mask. But it will eventually come off and you will see that they can not respect masculinity, they can only pretend to. However, if this heartbreak has happened to you, as a man, you should be grateful on two fronts. First, you have been fortunate enough to have someone not there for you to be gone. Second, and first and foremost, you have had a mirror put up which shows you flaws you have which you may have looked over. You can go handle them now. Don’t go masturbate. Don’t go sleep around. Don’t drink. Just go get after it. The gym, your craft, meditation/walks/praying, finances, etc… and when they come back to see how you’re doing, if you’re doing it correctly, you won’t need to show them how well you’re doing and the new path you’re on.
My ex tried to come back after choosing another guy.She reached back to me after two months,you are right she was emotionaly venting on me about that guy.I dumped her ass after one week i could not take her bs any more,you are right about everything,they will use you and dump you.
Okay I don't know if this is a coincidence but my ex who monkey branched on me reached out to me tonight with a text saying all those typical stuff like missing me and wondering what I've been up to...apparently her new relationship didn't work out or at least that's what she said.
@@davidcoppotelli3957 Sadly I stayed in touch with her for a few days after that and she slowly started being distant again lol, Christian was spot on. So I stopped reaching out.

Why would a girl do this after being together for 9 years, as far as possibly being narcissistic. Why would she take that long to begin living like that?
Getting a call or text or email from your ex-partner, then be civil and just block them afterwards. Bump into them in some place, then be civil and polite and avoid returning to that locality again. Its a big world full of new opportunities without rehashing what has proven unsuitable already.

I’m pretty sure my ex has BPD. She had a second life going on being in a serious relationship 9 out of 12 months we where together. It was long distance but seen each other on occasion and spent the whole summer together before going long distance. She painted a beautiful picture about moving in and starting a family when done with school by that next summer. Come to find out she was seeing someone else spending holidays with his family and everything. Not to mention she turned it around on me after finding out and all the mental breakdowns and verbal and emotional abuse she did to me throughout relationship. I was trauma bonded.

I can even send you the texts where she said I couldn’t come see her for Christmas because her and her mom where fighting but she loves me and can’t wait to have a big Christmas at my house next year. Then I see her tagged in a picture on Christmas with the other guys family.
