You can criticize something only to the extent you understand something. As one goes deeper into Sadhguru's Isha practices, which do work and can be seen right away, one can't help but feel a profound sense of respect for him. You can paint all kinds of images of him using the questionable aspects for which we don't have any evidence. But ask those who wake up daily and practice these and live much better energetic lives, bouncing around with ease on a daily basis, eating healthy and managing any kind of things without stress. You'll just see that there are layers and layers of spirituality that cannot be put down on text like you'd want to for scientific analysis (paralysis imo). But so is the nature of this world with people who cannot be open enough to just experiment with it, without needing to agree with any of it, and seeing for themselves. Sadhguru's teachings and methods didnt cause any harm to me, infact it helps me quite a lot and I was able to survive one of the hardest times in my life thanks to Sadhguru. And there are other people that found them extremely helpful and transform their lives for the better. I can assume that why so many people following Sadhguru is because it simply helped them.

The problem with Sadhguru is, He preaches everyone to be a seeker and follow the philosophy of 'I Don't Know' while being so sure of everything himself. Some people may find solace in his talks but an actual seeker can easily see through this sham. He might have some enlightement or whatever but you cannot be so vocal about it, not everyone is at your level, no sane sage talks about mysticism and other tantra (If there is one) so openly among common people and put their sanity at stake. I think he just wants to be important and building an empire while feeding his ego.
