A lot that was introduced threw European stylist back in the day and a lot of black people didn’t want to wear that, not because they were homophobic but sometimes the stylist would try their hardest to get Straight men to wear feminine clothing. Now people wear not because it’s just more acceptable, but it’s also the quickest way to make it in an industry that turns people out.

Any actor could play any role, be your favorite as long as they didn't "act gay." It made it so conspiracy nuts, who's fave words are Hollyweird and MKUltra, can claim every person who expresses themselves passed a pair of Jordan's and a suit was forced into it because "they weren't doing it before." That's called freedom of expression, and it's something a lot of people don't get until they're in a place where their employment isn't riding on it. If you wanted to wear a pink boa and platform shoes, it'd be best to wait until your career is solid and your money is good before you risk it all with a piece of fabric. As society has made stitches on clothing just that divisive.

I'm gay and my roommate/best friend is Straight/Ace...we bought a condo together...two cats...a car. We pretty much act like a couple with out the sex part. I'm at a stage where I feel content about stuff and he honestly doesn't care what others think. My other straight friends don't mind showing me affection like holding hands or cuddling because they know that I don't like them like that. Now, if I do develop feelings and they know, then I think boundaries will be set from their side. It can work.

He loves women, but the idea of being intimate with them just doesn't interest him. I think that it is more of him allowing me to be close. I like/date all races/types of women ( I'm a black male ) including white women.When I was at Ft Hood,Tx with the Texas guard doing a 5 month train-up to deploy to Iraq,my unit was an aviation brigade ( full of the prettiest military women I've ever seen )and everybody started being couples.There was lots of bed-hopping going on too,because our unit were messing around with the soldiers of Ft Hood.I made it known my preferences went like this: 1) white first 2)then black-females 3) then mexican women. To immediately go straight to holding hands is taboo. Even if it wasn't out of anything sexual. That's why it's confusing to me. I mean it's not just holding hands either. If it was something like grabbing another man's nose because it feels nice, I'd view it the same as holding hands with another man. It's just out of the ordinary.

I can hold hand with a man, with my mom, with my child, with a monkey, and all of it is the same. The only different is the meaning that WE put into it. If I don't put out any romantic or sexual feelings towards holding hands, than it isn't. Some culture finds kissing someone cheek as affectionate and should only be towards a lover, while others greet people with that. Holding people down because of culture, religion, or what we think is biological is just something we should move pass it. It does nothing except taking away choices. Now does not mean that everyone should be forced to hold hands for example, but that if someone wants to, it's okay and that it doesn't matter because it doesn't.
