Muslim narrated from Abu Qataadah al-Ansaari (Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was asked about fasting on Mondays and he said: “On (that day) I was born and on it Revelation came down to me.” The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) fasted on Mondays out of gratitude for the blessing of his birth on this day. As-Suyutee said, "another primary text has occurred to me by which the legitimacy of the Mawlid can be derived, namely what is reported by al-Bayhaqee from Anas that ‘the Prophet (sallallaahu `alaihi wasallam) performed Aqeeqah for himself after his prophethood.’ And it occurs that his grandfather Abdul Muttalib performed the Aqeeqah for him when he was a child of seven years, and the aqeeqah is not repeated a second time. So therefore this is to taken to mean that what the Prophet (sallallaahu `alaihi wasallam) did was to openly manifest gratitude for Allaah making him the mercy for the universe and to legislate this for his ummah, just as he used to do by his sending salaam upon himself. Therefore it is recommended for us that we openly manifest gratitude for his birth." (‘Husnul Maqsad’ of as-Suyutee contained in his ‘Haawi lil Fataawi’),

And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.(21:107) ....we celebrate the genesis of mercy to the worlds ... The Muhammadan Light. -“The Light of Mustapha, He first made, Which He loved, the Generous, the Great.” ~Sulayman Chelebi “The Muhammadan Light, labeled also as the Muhammedan Truth, is an essence that represents the spiritual identity of the Blessed Prophet ﷺ . It is he who is most beloved and the most precious in the sight of the Creator. The reason for the existence of creation is the love of the Almighty towards the Muhammedan Light, the first entity created. The entire universe has therefore been given existence in the honour of the Muhammedan Light, the core which it envelops. Existence is only to expose and explain his reality. Having said that, just as it is impossible to pour an ocean into a cup, it is inconceivable to understand the Muhammadan Light as befits its nature.” (Taken from “The Prophet Muhammad Mustafa the elect”,Book 1 (Meccan period), by Osman Nuri Topbas Ummati, ummati. My nation, my nation. This will be the response of that great lofty being, of whose light consists of the initial essence of all creation, on that most-certain Day. He will step in and intercede for his brothers and sisters in a time where there is naught time, nor anyone to turn to; he is the one that will supplicate in a way that no other being has ever supplicated before. He will on that Day pray for you and your salvation. He will implore your pardon and your acceptance into the Garden. He will petition for his brothers out of the mercy and compassion that permeates the very principle of his soul. This perfect creation is the beloved of Allah, Prophet Muhammad and he is the perfect creation unlike any other creation. Salla Allahu alayhi wassalam. The creation sighed a sigh of anxious relief at the hearing of his coming. Mountains trembled, clouds gathered, the trees swayed in their yearning. Beasts roared and birds soared, their shrills exponentially magnifying as the praises catalyzed more praise throughout the realms. The sun set and the moon rose in honor of Ahmad, Salla Allahu alayhi wassalam, the pure of the Adamic race. He was always a sight to see and a delight to hear, but it was the unfelt and unspoken truths one felt in his presence that drew near so many of his family, friend and foes’ hearts. All was captivated by his disposition. Medium build, wide shouldered, brawny. Not too tall nor too short. Wide hands and firm feet, a mouth full of pearls- physically and vocally. His speech perfected in humble strength, sweet and succinct. And his fragrance… oh his fragrance like that of the Garden. Always clean and always scented, as if freshly bathed in the finest musk. Always anointed in the best of oils and to feel him walk by was to whiff the scent of heavenly ambrosia. Yet even in his beauty, lay an indescribable presence of majesty. Living the life of a warrior, his quarters reflected that reality of his message. The truth must be spread, the mission must be accomplished; thus his humble home decorated with the finest shields, swords, bows and arrows. Coming out of his house dressed for battle, he had the conviction of an emboldened falcon cruising comfortably, coolly and patiently planning for divine Providence to lead him and his saints across the threshold into the testing ground of hearts. Warrior monks was what he produced, manifesting alongside him ranks and ranks of men who would train by day and pray by night, head humbled low in the remembrance of the Most High. There was a perfected balance about him and everyone who saw the Praised One could not help but join the melodious ode of the creation to him. ‘Ahhmmaaad’ was what the angels sang and the resonance of their tune engulfed the entire world, anyone joining the song during his blessed 63 years on Earth instantly transformed and illumined. This was the Ahmadi affect. This was the Muhammadan light. The frequency of love, reaching into the hardest and darkest crevices of souls and reorienting the mirrors therein so light became refracted in it ever so wholly; this was only a touch and a caring that one appointed by Allah as the ‘Mercy of the Worlds’ could muster. He would move killers, highway robbers and drunken fornicators to become worldly ascetics and otherworldly gnostics; transform baby-murderers to romantic desert wanderers, intoxicated in the knowledge of the Truth-this was what our Master did. This is the Muhammadan reality. The light created before all lights; the very quintessential manifestation of the Names of the One, tying together all the highest attributes of the Almighty into a package that merged the very heavens and earth into his purified soul. Commander of the stars, patron of the hearts. Willing leader of the faithful. Salla Allahu alayhi wassalam. This is our glory. This is the reality that is Ahmad, Salla Allahu alayhi wassalam, which all souls call for and all lights derive from. Remember him now in all that he is, so that on that day when you journey through the firmament onto the platform of the Scale, you will know your intercessor. And he will know you. And you will love your intercessor. And he will love you. And Allah loves the love and so through him, He will accept you. AHMED, MUHAMMED, MUSTAPHA Salla Allahu alayhi wassalam.

learn islam And for just that happiness, which according to you is not even correct, Allah (SWT) has decided to remove the torment for a day from him. Then, what about us who know that Muhammad (PBUH) is a prophet and celebrate his birthday?! How much ever u say, the truth is that the aqeedah to which u belong, that is Ahle Hadees, is actually one of the signs of Judgement day. Its a Sahih Hadees that one of the sign of Qayamah will be that certain people will decline sunnah and give it a bad name. U ppl r declining this beautiful sunnah celebrated world-wide and calling it bidah! On the day of Judgement, ppl like u will run to many prophets and they will say that they cant solve ur prblm and ask u to go somewhere else. Finally, u ppl will arrive at prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for intercession. So, better be careful of ur words for him. One more thing, remember those 3 questions in grave. Any sensible kid can say that the first 2 questions i.e., who is your god and what is ur religion r not a test but only meant for segregation (like, of those eligible for the final test i.e., 3rd question). The 3rd question that is What u used to say about prophet Muhammad(PBUH) is the actualu test which ppl like u will fail for the reason of the 1st hadees given by me. So, if u still have any doubt in Mawlid, simply dont celebrate but dare not give this sunnah bad names like bidah. May Allah(SWT) guide us all.

what has Abu lahab being happy at the birth of the prophet got to do with celebrate his birthday. bottom line. prophet (saw) didn't celebrate and best 3 generations after didn't celebrate the prophets birthday. so why use a hadeeth which he himself is giving the tafsir of to be taken as sahee. All be it weong this is just his opinion and that's all it is. there is no hadeeth where the prophet said celebrate then there is one opinion... it is an innovation.
@epa0090
@epa0090 7 лет назад
Sincere Life salaam aakhi. I do accept Islam wholeheartedly. the hadeeth this sheikh is quoting is the hadeeth of thuwaiba where a relative of Abu lahb had a dream where he asked Abu lahb how he was. and Abu lahb said he gets respite every Monday for a moment where he gets a sip of water to drink from the space between his thumb and finger as this was the hand gesture he made when releasing the slave thuwaiba. releasing a slave is an act of worship and that is the reason he is given respite. not because of our prophets Birth. beside the hadeeth is a mursal hadeeth in sahee bukhari meaning it's a weak hadeeth in the time of the tabaai whom heard it from so and so but no.chain to our prophet. we can't take and shouldn't take these hadeeth over sahee hadeeth with a strong chain going back to the prophet (saw) such as any innovation leads to hellfire hence we must educate ourselves and not start imitating the kufar in celebrating prophet (saw) birthdays like Christmas . again the sheikh is giving his own tafsir of the matter and I advise you my brother to look at the scholars tafsir of this hadeeth and not follow any sheikh blindly. I accept Islam completely hence I try and and advise brothers to open books and read for themselves instead of listening to sheikh own 21st century opinions over the great scholars of the first 3 generations whom our prophet (saw) said we're the best generations.
@epa0090
@epa0090 7 лет назад
Sincere Life yes he released the slave cause he was happy at the birth of our prophet saw. but it's far fetched to say that's why he gets respite when the hadeeth states that Abu lahab said it was because he released a slave. just say he didn't release the slave would he be given respite in he'll just for being happy? Allah knows best but he didn't get rewarded for being happy when the hadeeth clearly states and the scholars clearly state in the tafsir that it was because he released thuwaiba. then we should not deduce our own interpretation from it when previous scholar from the first 3 generations have already given the tafsir. so I'd rather take their opinions over any sheikh or imam trying to give their own tafsir. and true it was truly blessed when prophet saw was born. we should be happy and thankful everyday otherwise we'd all probably be dis believers. so everyday we should follow his sunnah and that is the best way to celebrate our prophet saw being sent to us not just on the day he was born. and imitating the kuffars. when you celebrate the birthday of our prophet that's imitating kufar. like they celebrate isa (as) birthday on 25th isn't that imitating. the reason we raise our trousers above our ankles.. grow a beard.. the reason we shouldn't wear clothes full of colour like red yellow and orange or made of silk... it's all because the prophet saw said do not imitate the kuffars. and the key to jannah is Allah's mercy as no soul with enter heaven based on there deeds. and the rest of the text sways away from the topic of this hadeeth. and what's you people brother. I don't associate myself with any sect as the prophet saw all 73 will be in hell. give me a hadeeth. I'll open a book and read and follow the tafsir written by the salaf period ie the first 3 generations scholars . back to the topic which is this hadeeth. the sheikh is giving his own opinion by making his own meaning up and that's it. if you want to follow him then that's your choice. I'd rather follow a hadeeth which is authentic and is sahee unlike this hadeeth which doesn't even go back to our prophet saw and is mursal as explained previously and dreamt by by a kufar at the time. I'll keep my problem of following the foot steps of our prophet and you can listen to 21st century sheikh opinion. and before you go ahead. the prophet did not celebrate his own Birthday. that has been unanimously Agreed BTW. anyway may Allah guide us all.

Being Happy is different from celebrating. The man is Quoting Sahih Bukhari and Imam Bukhari himself never celebrate Milad. So Imam Bukhari never understood these Hadiths these people understand. There is Only ONE way of Celebrating Birthday of Nabi(s.a.w) by Fasting on Mondays. You want to show happiness that's how you do it. Not by celebrating Eid. Prophet Muhammed(s.a.w) used to fast on Monday and these Creatures Celebrate Eid. And they think they know best how to Celebrate. These are people of Bidah, stay away from them and follow Sunnah of Rasoolullah.
