(my native language aren't english). when 2010 i ate strictly ketogenic food (for abt one year, i ate no sugar and the lowest carbs), for other reasons then loosing weight (I'm genetically thin). i ate it cus (for the person who don't know yet) when we eat sugar and carbs (although we need carbs on a scale), it breaks down the body, makes u age faster, live shorter, and others (shortly written). but now to the point from the video; i didn't get any gas then (never, for a whole year, I'm not joking, and it felt so nice!). (but i couldn't continue eating ketogenic food, i got too thin, and i already was genetically thin before i started). let's put it this way; we are design to die! (abt carbs breaks your body down. and at the same time the body needs carbs). a tip! test as an experiment for one week, or just "2" days (or longer), eat the lowest carbs and smaller meals, if u get gas - its a sign there is still to much carb going on, cut down even more if so - until experiencing gas go away simply... . you feel so clean and neat and healthy when not farting, it's really a so positive situation to be in/experience.
6:55 - you just realized you opened pandora's box when you invited people to talk fart stories. Kim - when you're alone and/or you're around people you truly trust, husband, etc. you let it rip hard, loud, and stinky and I know you laugh about it. We're human ;)

It's embarrassing but funny because I'm sure a lot of people would assume I don't based on how I look I do think it's genetic though because my dad also farts a lot.
Kim Do smart holistic nutritionists like yourself. also believe after every meal you are suppose to poop, 3 times a day ,after breakfast,lunch,and dinner respectively?.If you are pooping more, common sense would say you probably would be farting a lot less than 10 to 20 times a day.because your body would have less bacteria and poop in your intestines .Maybe you should also make a video talking about pooping 2 to 3 times a day,if you believe this would help alleviate people"s farting problems .

I had Mexican food for dinner with refried beans. I then went into my basement to do some work and while I was sawing wood I was farting really loudly. Some of them smelled really bad when I had to walk through my own fart clouds💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨
