Having done the City & Guilds 2921‑32 / 2921‑33 Largescale Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Installations - Design, Quality Assurance, Installation and Maintenance. It is a level 3 course it should be a level 4. That is why there not a lot of training provided offering this course at the moment it’s out of there skill set. A lot are still push the old domestic ev course witch has discontinued. There is a lot to do on the large scale courses. There are some new cable calculations that most sparks will have never seen before. It would better if it was set up more like the 2396. It will give more time for it to soak in. It’s still a early day for it hopefully improvements will come.
Question is slightly off topic but what would you say are the benefits of doing the 2396 over HNC? The way I see it is they're both level 4 but if you look at jobs on the market I've seen many asking for HNC but none for the 2396, which is strange to me as I would say overall it's a better course for electricians. Enjoying these videos! I actually booked myself in for the 2396 this October after watching your last video on it few months back.
