same here bro.Do you got any solution for this.Do we have to use our tounge while speaking or it will move automatically while speaking and same goes with the lips also?

You can only get so much better overnight. You need to practice taking larger breaths with less effort. Practice how to feel more comfortable doing that to the point where it's a second nature. The most important thing is to spend some time on basics (air control, embouchure, posture, tongue, fingers) every day. Pick simple exercises where you could focus on these things separately without overloading your brain. As it becomes more natural, move on to more complex stuff. Track your progress! I know these are not very specific tips but it's hard for me to tell exactly what's up without me hearing you play. Hopefully this helps buddy. A
