I begin by being mindful of my actions and the motive behind them. I pray for families. They are breaking everyday. Father what can we do to save families?

father when I listen to this ,I nearly cried because i do the same thing.. I go for confession and after few months or weeks I do the same thing as i am used to certain bad habit and I could not stop it. mind is willing not the body. Please pray for me .
