Repetition is key. No matter how many times I hear this, I will listen to it at another time as if it is my first time hearing it. Each time a new epiphany is revealed. Thank you for posting!
"We become what we think about most of the time" This is the most important line in the video. So my bros, what are you thinking about? Do you have the strength to reject the thoughts that you know have hijacked your mind and kept you from success? We owe it to our ancestors, the ones we care about, and to our future self. As you lay on your death bed and reflect on the life you led, will you be able to let go with a smile and pride? If you can, then you have achieved success.
Success is an intangible tiger in my opinion. The juice one feels from achieving a long term goal is fleeting as its quickly replaced by depression. And so the cycle and insanity goes on..............
We are so so so so so extremely lucky to have this available, especially if you're seeking more and more daily , and the urge to be better becomes a natural state. Thank you for this 🎉
This is so important. I came from a basic middle class family with no nepotism that can reward me along the way from high school to college then after. As everyday I think about my long-term goals it seems in a blink of an eye I encounter them. Many young people like myself are distracted by social media and other things in the digital age. As I get older the amount of people within my social circles tend to lose track of what they really want to accomplish. Always keep going forward, and be the force within your life.
Watched this like a year ago and now i’m rewatching it and I'm glad I found this, it made me realize many things, thank you for posting this beautiful video it has given me insight on life.
My goal is to live in the moment without a goal. If you have a goal you often get into tunelvision, you dont see anything else anymore. I wanna become completely empty and take what life offers me, without judging, living in the eternal now, there is no future, there is no past, its always now.
There is a law of Giving and so this is my gift to you who is reading this NOW... These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results. What have you got to lose, try some or ALL and see your results. Let me know know too. Have a great day... and thanks for reading.
In very simple terms !! Success in any range or manner is for the purpose of brain stimulation . To satisfy our brains! Therefore health follows . To understand the concepts of life is to understand what is life really about.
Pair this with the Audible “The Richest Man in Babylon” by George S Clason narrated by Grover Gardner. It’s amazing how well these people understood the human condition.
Seeing the amount of views this has compared to the absolute garbage that has millions underscores his point - don’t do what everyone else is doing and don’t have an underlying assumption that those around you know how to live. Timeless advice. Thanks for sharing.
Enjoyed this video thanks! Reminds me of Dr Wayne Dyer, when you squeeze an orange out comes orange juice, because that's what's inside. When you are hungry, or tired or stressed or under pressure, what emotion is spoken out of your mouth? The only truth is you are unconditional love. If there are conditions that's the false self, the ego. If there is fear, that's the ego. The master said "before you take the twig out of somebody else's eye, take the log out of your own.......I've thrown out a whole forest and I'm still going........There's nobody else here, we are all the universal conciousness observing itself
I like this thing that everyone is given the same human life , but different experiences, although it’s the final product that everyone sees and not the effort
This is by far one of the best videos I’ve ever watched on RU-vid. Wow. I am successful. I am the first millionaire in my family and not the last. I am an employer and not an employee! I am because I think I am, therefore I am! Thank you for this great jewel Mr. Nightingale 👑
@@RichPEvolonSame could be said about people you hire though. They are just providing their services for you. They don’t work for you. No good employer looks down on being an employee. I can almost guarantee that you mistreat your employees with an attitude like that.
We attend college and just accept what the professors say is correct because they are put in that position. In reality alot of them know the theory but have never applied in in the real workforce. Alot of them learned something incorrect and were never corrected. I always questioned everything. I challeneges everything and 9 out of 10 times vome to find out what they were teaching was out dated, was incorrect, or they didnt fully understand it.
I’m going to be an angry prick on my death bead because I’ve trusted in the wrong people to help guide me through my important years. I’ve worked for the wrong people thinking I would be taught how to make good money and become just as successful but instead I was taken advantage of and my hard work and effort had been unrewarding. Growing up Christian I was taught to give and expect nothing in return, forgive anyone who wronged me, listen to my elders, and work hard to become successful. Children can become brainwashed into poverty and by the time you gain enough wisdom to realize what has been going on the damage is already done and it can become impossible to recover from. I’m just glad I am in control of my life and thoughts enough to know that I need to stay away from welding and structural engineering so I don’t build an armored Dozer and get even with some of the mf’s that robbed me of my younger years and left a mark on me while I did everything I could to make life easier for them. 😅
If you feel you haven't received your just reward, increase your contribution and service. this is counterintuitive to most of us but it is divinely true
Contribution and service isn’t about receiving some “just reward”. You should contribute and provide “service” to help others not to receive a reward. Feeling you are entitled to a “just reward” and engaging in behaviors to attain that “reward” is selfish.
@@kazbah1217 you know what, I’ve decided to go back to that thing in my life I enjoyed doing that brought me joy in the moments which is music. I hope one day I’ll make a living doing it but in the mean time I am working in order to make my dream come true but during this process I have to save my money and be diligent and consistent with my vision. And things can change while I’m that process as well so I won’t limit myself at all. So for you I recommend going back to that thing you enjoyed or you are really gifted in or what you find could make you money. It requires a lot of work in order to live the life you want to live. It’s a marathon. God bless. Hopefully you took some thing from this.
We become of what we think about, is so true. That’s like saying let me see your friends that u hang around with and I can see your future. U hang around losers you will become a loser.
Yeah, work harder. Dont worry about inflation. Corporate has your well-being in mind. Surely one day youll be able to afford that house or that car. Just keep your head down and give yourself to a company and the american dream is yours. Politicians and bankers are hard at work for a better society and so should you.
Did you think he was actually going to say something impressive or life changing 😂 earl nightingale was famous for having an impressive voice in the 50s. Radio
Based on the time color TV became popular and the year he retired, it could have been any time between 1964 and 1987. His thoughts and ideas were at least 50 years ahead of his time.
I used to contour teeth from porcelain on production and my brain would literally feel exhausted at the end of the day. Now I make ammunition paid hourly and I’m bored as hell. Lol
