Maybe an L take here but I think I suffer with lack of communication more on CT side than T side. I consistently overperform on T side at like +15 leetify level because I'm willing to entry and make an impact even if I die a lot with baiting teammates failing to trade. On CT side I struggle a lot more to work around my team mates shortcomings, they won't give you info on why they lose the site every round and you just have to guess to support them (there was an a mirage anchor in one of my games who always smoked ramp with a massive hole and never used a Molotov to deny aggressive plays for example.)

I got global fc7 back in 2019. Picked CS back up after my older brother was playing it on his new PC. ranked in around gn3. Top fragging every game, opening duels involvment 67% on leetify with a winrate of 90%. If im quite honest, elo Hell is real and in the end i didnt even rank up to MG. Of course I havent been grinding everyday, but i still put 400 hours into the game and just couldnt win... Leetify stats: aim 91 Pos 69 util 50. Leetify rating 8.41 -

Great video Glaze! Found your channel with the video where you explained how most current esport ratings don't factor in the impact of support players very well and I think you give some very important advice for beginners. Most players (even veterans with thousands of hours) still believe the "bigger number = better player" when in fact the goal of the game is outplaying the opponent as a team and winning, not so much padding your stats. Hopefully you can reach more people with your content as I'm sure it can be very insightful to many!

Also: drop for your teammates. You are less likely to win the round when your teammate only have lesser buy.

If you are decent, dont lurk or entry, your teammates dont know how to trade or even shoot. Even if you kill 4 of them, your team is always shit. Just remember that. Follow them, bait them a little and trade.

Dont play at 3am, you will get stuck against silvers. You may win your game, but your shit teammates will find a way to make you lose by not trading you and you will get killed by a random silver out of position because he doesn't know the bomb was planted.
