Kudos to your interview and the talk you had with the wife! This is the first time that I have witnessed you not being quite so "attacking" in your tone with her and calmly asking her to talk to her friends and neighbors and share the information with them! That is ingenious. Only by word of mouth from one RuZZian to another will the truth of what is actually happening in Ukraine be told and learned! I know how hard this is for you, to talk humanely and calmly with someone who has sent their own family to kill yours.....but I think the way you are now choosing to approach this issue, will have more positive benefits in the long run! I’d expect those once mobilized would prefer being sent to prison. Eight year in jail is better than getting hit with artillery so you die or are maimed.

Thank you so much for this excellent translation. Anyone who is expected to lay their life on the line, has a human right to know and understand what they are risking their life for. Regardless of what they say, if they know that russia's war is wrong, they should ask themselves why they are willing to die when russia was not and never will be invaded by another nation. If that quantity of russian men had in unison stood up to the few at the top who con them or force them into a war they never wanted, then that would have saved the next batch of hundreds of thousands of russian men that their leadership is sending to also die... They wouldn't be being sent if the first several hundred thousand were still alive, would they! Why do they let they leaders commit genocide against their own people? Likely, it's one of the problems of not being several smaller independent nations with smaller populations to be sent to die for nothing...

It looks like a planned Ethnic Cleansing of ruzzia, to wipe the smaller communities of men of breeding age, then sending muskovites to "find a wife". I don't see or hear of soldiers from moscow, or St Petersburg, they are needed for the military parades, the "pretty boys".

The conversation between the POW and his spouse seems awkward -- the wife seems reluctant to speak at first, then communicates haltingly. Money is their first concern. The wife, typically, has low-awareness and is the typical Russian slave.

Being a POW is now a "crime", he will be facing prison when he gets back. There is a ruzzian video explaining how hard, almost impossible, it is, to claim what they are owed, needing paperwork (which was confiscated by officers), bureaucratic delays. His answer was to give his wife POA, then he goes back to the War!

Just surrender orderly, instead of withdrawing disorderly. This is crazy. Ukraine sending out a drone with megaphone asking Russians to surrender in 10 minutes, or face the final consequences… and yet they didn’t comply. What a waste of lives.

they do put some effort in translating and then doing the voiceover, somehow we can only appreciate that, BUT I too would prefer the translation put into accurate subs.
