@@ahmedraz2 there isn’t a single Ayah that has this kind of a doubt in its transmission, this is also a false narrative purported by the people that blindly depend on the Akhbar Ahad as a source of Deen. So, you can see what kind of rabbit hole, depending on the Akhbar Ahad even in this matter of preservation of the Qur’an, lead people into. And they would never be able to come out of it. Then they run in to the controversy of the qir’at and end up having 7 equally valid ahruf of the Qur’an and then 100s of qir’at…

Did you not here what was just said above ? When someone is reporting something about a great personality, how can you say he's doing something wrong ? This is what "ahadeeth" are, they are reportings about Rasoolullah by different people. What a normal Muslims would do is to enquire and investigate their authenticity, and this is what majority of our Ulamaaa did. Now an extremist attitude developed among the muslims that once a famous muhaddith says that some hadeeth is saheeh, they gulp in down the throat. Many Muslims raised the status of these reportings equal to or above the Qur'an, forgetting that Rasoolullah's words were not directly recorded by any muhaddis, there was a line of people in between. These mistakes cause problems, the solution is not to reject them wholesale, but to sort out the good and the bad. The ahaadeeth are reportings of Rasoolullah's words , how can a Muslim in his right mind reject them ? Rejecting ahaadeeth won't make any difference in our deen, but will cause us significant losses regarding our deen.

Adriana Bonita Aziz Long story short Gamdi says Islam gave us Quran and Sunnah while Humans compiled Hadith and many of the hadiths are controversial even though they were circulated by Genuine Asahaba Karam. So It is logical for him to reject other not so controversial hadiths from same Asahaba.

To be a rational is not a vice. Rational approaches are inbuilt and a person reaches to the conclusion based on his rational understanding. In matters of religion rational approaches is also adopted when you put deen before others, but that rationalism is not based on inductive or deductive logic rather the logical approaches comes from Qur'an and Hadith. If any logical approaches of Ghamdi is not supported by Qur'an in matters of explaining Hadith, his thought may be ought rightly denied and rejected, but before this we have to take recourse to approaches of Qur'an on the matter and Hadith explaining and amplifying that particular matter. Any thing to be rejected requires the deep study on the subject from all accounts I.e. historically, philosophically, traditionally and approaches of other school of thoughts. Don't read approach indicate that you have nothing to say on the subject and you reject on the ground of its deviations from traditional approaches. The Qur'an and Hadith are not confined to any time and place rather it is above time and place and require thinking and rethinking time and again as Allah knows well the changing values of future life and has coincided the standard on which these values are to be judged which requires skill and knowledge and that is why Allah has created man and woman with utmost knowledge and skill for all the time. Read the writings of ulema and religious thinker and brood over it. Rejection of anyone without reading and critically examining is wrong approach.

Why do you call hindus wrong; because they worship a monkey god. They can justify their belif with the same logic as you gave. Hence your logic to not use rational argument because it differs from person to person is utterly wrong.

The characteristics of a religion is based on its scripture not the intellect of human mind. Whereas whether that particular idea is a logical impossibility or not can be analyzed rationally. Keep in mind I am talking about logical impossibilities...monkey god is a logical impossibility while what ghamidi did( rejecting a hadith based on subjective reasoning) do not involve a logical impossibility. A hadith may appear completely illogical to you stil it can be a valid narration from the prophet(SAW)

If this is what you say after listening to Ghamidi sahab carefully , I'm sorry to say that you neither understand our traditional Ulama nor Ghamidi sahab properly. The science of hadeeth investigation and collection is rational in nature, Allah was not revealing wahi on Muhaddiseen like on Rasoolullah, so they had their rationale to make decisions just like we have ours. You present rationality as if Ghamidi is the only one who uses it. The whole science related to investigation of isnaad is based on human common sense, like today's detectives do. In the verification of sanad , meaning the people who narrate a hadeeth, a sad extremism crept in especially in salafis and ahle hadeeth. It was that once all the rawis of a hadeeth were found to be trustworthy, whatever they said would be gulped down without a second thought, thinking that this is what Muhammad ur rasoolullah said. THIS is what Ghamidi sahab says , is irrational. Can't a trustworthy person make an honest mistake or a careless mistake ?? Are the words of trustworthy raawis equal to or above the Qur'an or our common sense ?? This is what salafis and ahle hadeeth refuse to accept, which is against human common sense. The way the hanafis hold on to their ulama and history, so do ahl e hadees with their muhaddiseen and siqqah raawis... They also almost worship their muhaddiseen just like others do with their "buzurg" and "ulama".

Theres no evidence that hadiths are approved by Allah swt. Existence of hadiths themselves are an insult to Allah being all-knowing because there is mo way that he would forget to send down such guidance as the sunnis claim to be important for muslims in this life & hereafter

Imam Abu Hanifa also used to do this. If any authentic hadith clashes with Quranic verse, he used to take that verse as truth rather than Hadith. This was his asool that made him different from other scholars of that time. If you'd go back in time and read old books of all scholars. Imam Abu hanifa was Ghamdi of that era. He was considered a fool by many great scholars of hadith at that time. Imam Ahmad bin humbal used to call him "Falana Falana". He never said his name. This is the reason why Muslim ummah is divided. Few decades ago there used to be 4 Imams in the Haram. They used to call each other gumrah.

To the point that when i hear the criticism of atheists and ex-Muslims on Islam and quoting hadith, i have no answers to that...which also cause doubts in my mind...like for example the issue of apostasy...why do we have to kill another human being just because he is not convinced with this religion and wants to leave it....this is a basic human right...what to believe and what not to believe...but in the Quran it says, "let there be no compulsion in religion"... .so then how can we conclude that an apostate has to be killed...what if Christianity or Hinduism had this law...and then they kill anyone who leaves...we Muslims would then call it barbaric, won't we?

@@mariyamshafique9374 1) In regards to Christianity and hinduism, Christianity is diluted. So many Christians have become secular that it doesnt matter whether they believe in their religion or not. Not to mention their pastors and what not have completely left and made their own rules which go against the bible so its of no wonder that a mass amount of people are leaving Christianity with no repercussions. As for Hinduism. Its the same thing as for us. Anyone that leaves their religion has pressure onto him/her to come back. 2) "There's no compulsion in Islam". This is misquoted so much. "There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. Truth stands out clear from Error." This is how it should be quoted. What is the point of forcing something when its in the right?. Thats the beauty of truth, the ones who force something are the ones in the falsehood. 3) The reason to kill apostates is firstly, not as simple. Its not like someone can leave Islam and now everyone has the right to kill him. The right to kill someone as punishment is in the Shariah by knowledgeable scholars after meeting several stipulations. Its not like someone can just come up and say "I'll kill you because you left Islam". There are tons of ex-Muslims moving about. 4) The order itself or the Shariah rule to kill apostates itself is for treason. Someone leaving Islam and then accepting something else, and then preaching that new-religion he accepted is what this rule is for. And this goes for any era, any society, any nation. If a person loyal to a King leaves and says he doesnt accept his authority anymore, after all the favors the King has done for him, what do you think the reaction for this treason will be?. Or in modern era, If a loyal soldier goes to another army and starts attacking against you, what do you think the likely outcome of him will be in his previous nation?. 5) Most importantly, non-muslims (ex-Muslims/Athiests etc) don't agree to us on basic principle. Which is Allah is God and All-Mighty. There is no reason to answer people that question your rules or regulations, because it simply wont make sense to them as they dont understand the basic rule which is that Allah or God made those rules, which will always be beyond human comprehension. Wisdom of rules come after applying them when it comes to Islam Hazrat Aisha RA herself said that If the first thing to be revealed was: 'Do not drink alcoholic drinks.' people would have said, 'We will never leave alcoholic drinks,' and if there had been revealed, 'Do not commit illegal sexual intercourse, 'they would have said, 'We will never give up illegal sexual intercourse.' So it makes sense on why they question and dont believe in their rulings because they are looking at the rules of Islam from their own subjective morality, without any concept of Godhood. Though I would recommend asking as many questions to clear your concept about your own religion from someone knowledgeable as possible, because your concept about things matter far more than giving dawah to non-muslims or responding to their questions.
