@@nautilume7114 Take it in moderation. It can be hard. I find that quitting social media is actually easiest cold turkey. Just delete it all and stop thinking about it. So that's an option, just delete the RU-vid app and give it a go. If it doesn't work, try to set a goal or limit for yourself such as only five videos a day or something. The most important thing is to not just fill that time with other internet things though, go outside, look around your house for things to clean. You can also look up 'dopamine detox'.

As some who has a grandpa with lung cancer and in 2 other places this song hits different and thing is he quit smoking years ago but he used to heavily his wife died of cancer about 10 years ago so to see him struggling really hurts hes the only extended family I still care about it if he doesn't get through this year ill just think of this song and start crying.
