I am traveling to Medjugorje for this year's youth festival. Is my second time in Medjugorje. My firs trip was very short, I went for a day. Ever since I made the decision to go again, I have been experiencing a lot of difficulties. Please pray for me if you see this comment. God bless🙏

Actually, the "weird" thing about fasting on bread & water is how EASY it gets once you start. I used to be a real "foodie" but since fasting, that's completely fallen away from me (as in it doesn't even hold my interest anymore). On non-fast days, I'm more thoughtful/mindful about what I eat (& like right now, I can eat whatever I want but I don't WANT anything) & on fasting days, there are so many breads to choose from, it's barely a sacrifice. Also when you're eating plain bread, you start to actually taste what's in it & I'm never hungry on fast days (Blessed Mother didn't limit how much bread you can eat or what type & you'll be surprised at how much it doesn't take to fill you up!) Our times are perilous so if you want to give fasting a try, PLEASE DO. Start off small & simple, ie: replace your cup of coffee/tea with a glass of water in the morning & eat a plain bagel, eat lunch & dinner as usual. Next week, replace your lunch with sparkling water & some Naan; week after that, substitute your dinner for biscuits and water. Grocery stores, bakeries & restaurants offer great breads & additional bonuses: your grocery bill & waistline will both shrink! :) Hope you'll give fasting a try & join the Marian "bread-fast club". ;)

I am compelled now to share this information about a Rosary I was given. This Rosary came from Medgejoria, given to me by a co-worker. She stated she had brought back a few but only shares them people she knows will pray them. After praying I sometimes place the Rosary around my neck. One day I was visiting a dear friend and she observed me wearing my Rosary. She asked me about it and I told the story what was told to me. That these Rosaries are made in Medgejoria and are left overnight at the site where she appeared and they are blessed in this manner by our dear Blessed Mother Mary herself. My friend asked me if she could "hold" my Rosary. I allowed her and she replied "This Rosary is very special and it had definitely been blessed by Mother Mary". I asked her how did she know? She proceeded to tell me my Rosary has the warmth and heartbeat of a human. Since discovering the magic in my Rosary, out of curiosity I ordered a Rosary specifically made from the stones that Blessed Mother Mary stood above in Medgejoria, and YES! They have the same warmth and heartbeat. I am not able to feel as my friend can, but since that time I have encountered at least 5 people that can feel the heartbeat and warmth. Since these people were already close to me I have gifted them with Rosaries from Medgejoria. Before I handed them the Rosary initially, I did not tell them anything. So I know this is definitely real. I want to ask if others out there can feel what my family and friends can, and share their stories about Medgejoria's magical Rosaries.

P.S. I had similar experiences as Aron before he left for Medjugorje with the “beast”always before I went on missions with Marino Restrepo for his conversion testimonies. Like Aron, I lived in the Holyland but never experienced the miracles and peace and love of Mother Mary as I experienced in Medjugorje for just the Easter weekend nineteen ninety {the number nine doesnt work on my ipad}. Medjugorje is a very special, unique place and Mother Mary’s presence is very strong there - I can testify to this with my conversion experience. I didn’t want to return home and pleaded/prayed to be able to stay longer.

The feeling of peace there is amazing! I went there twice, 2006 about 1.5 years after my reversion back to the Faith, and 2010 with mom, dad, and my older brother. Dad died 5 years later. I went in a group with a Canadian Indigenous Native Catholic Deacon, really cool prayerful man! A true blessing to travel there!

I went to Medjugorje for the first time last year. The entire trip was filled with Miracles. I came back in such a state of peace. One concept that stuck in my head was that no matter what happens at the Vatican, the heart and soul of Holy Mother church is strong and safe in Medjugorje. To test this, I would love to visit other apparition sites and see if I come away with the same feeling. But, at the same time, I feel like there is no need use up money and time that could be better spent on another trip to Medjugorje. Anybody know any good real estate agents in Medjugorje? ; )

When I heard about Medjugorje, I immediately believed what was happening. Before I went to Medjugorje, I visited an Evangelical Church and an individual handed me some anti-Catholic literature. Even at a glance, I could tell this was corrupt information and so I decided to respond to the pastor of this Church. I thought this would be easy, but not so much. I was having trouble writing the letter. I had heard about Medjugorje and visited there in 1990. The things that were going on were most interesting. These included many miracles, healings, peoples silver rosary links turning to Gold in color and people seeing the miracle of the sun. I had no trouble believing that these things were happening; however, they were not happening to me. One of the messages that really impressed me in Medjugorje is when Mary asked us to pray for children and so each day, I threw out a little prayer on behalf of the children. In my growing up, I never had anything against children. It is just that, I am guy and so I never paid any attention to them. What happened to me as a result of praying for the children simply amazed me. I started noticing children. I thought when you prayed for children that children would be changed and yet, I was the one who was being changed. I think that sometimes children have spiritual radar and they would approach me. Where before, I tolerated children, now I feel like I am the most honored of persons to have the privilege of the company of children. For me it was a little slice of Heaven. I realized that rosaries turning to Gold and the many miracles of the sun could not compare with my miracle where Jesus and Mary changed my heart and now, I have the joy of experiencing children. It also seemed that the children, who wanted my attention did not seem to have the best of fathers or no father at all. To this day, I continue to pray for children every day and now it is more than a token prayer. There is one other thing that happened and that was the issue of the letter that I was having trouble writing. I actually had given up on it a couple of times. I firmly believe that I received grace from Medjugorje that helped me finish my first letter. It was going to be my only letter, but then I realized that I should write just one more letter to the pastor of this Church. I wrote the letter and have been writing and researching the Church ever since. It only took me one year to write my first 8-page letter to this Evangelical Church. Now, I have roughly 300 writings in defense of the Catholic Church. I am very grateful for Medjugorje. ____________________________________________________

Aaron, who says you're too old to be a diocesan priest? That's not true in all dioceses! From the start of the show, I kept thinking, "This man needs to be a priest. Why isn't he a priest?" My archdiocese (Baltimore) has had many older seminarians. We have one now who has been a widower for 10 years and has grown children. Keep discerning...with the shortage of priests, I would think any diocese would accept you! 🙏

When I first saw this story, knowing that the church did not approve it, I thought that the main visionary was acting. I mean I really thought---that woman is acting. But...I've heard of so many stories now from people a lot more credible than Aaron, and now I want to go. =)

I'm worried & never been so frightened of my prayer groups, churches I went to before lockdown. Have THEY forgotten that we should be so converted & Christian? I've been going to (what was) my favourite Holy Rosary Prayer Group (Holy Rosary prayer group which I attended every Tuesday once a week for over 15 years), & Christian Church parishes which I did do daily Mass for same 20+ years, & as I have 6 dead relatives I pray for too, & in 1994 after my Mum died in 1991, I bought some of my favourite religious art, statues including of St Michael the Archangel & St Philomena statues, & picture-framed them, to make my home a bit of a family religious shrine for my 6 deceased relatives & for me to pray at home. But now these prayer groups & church Christians(?) only still dismissively reject/ignore my being Christian & they envy my religious art & statues I own, they tried to deny me that I owned my religious art & statues, & were snobby at me trying to tell me it was all 'too good & above' me! They even would have people exclude me from paid work somehow, & in all that time/years I couldn't earn money income for my home & car & food, & I often wished I could travel to Medjugorje, Lourdes, London, Ireland, Paris, Switzerland & the Holy Land & Dead Sea; but I was stuck on unemployment dole payments, now I'm 53 yrs old, post-menopause past babies, I've never travelled anywhere! My Dad was abducted by his Croatian relatives, & Dad abandoned me! What do I do? I prefer to keep think I'm Christian-doing the right thing. Aren't I?

I watched Abp Hoser speaking about Medjugorje in Polish, it's on RU-vid. He is an old Priest with a lot of experience in different ministries, and he has nothing but good things to say about Medjugorje.

Please, just a little objection with love;) Yugoslavia does not exist anymore, mostly because of the communism and horrible things Serbs did to the other nations in it, mostly to Croats and Bosnians. So, Međugorje is in Hercegovina (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and its inhabitants are Croats.

Vatican's position on Mejagorie: "Until the Holy Father issues a final judgment, the Vatican has made clear that the judgment of the Yugoslavian Bishops' Conference remains the official position. That judgment was unanimous in declaring Non constat de supernaturalitate, i.e., not confirmed as of supernatural origin. In October 2013, at the direction of the CDF, Cdl. Carlo Maria Vigano, then-Apostolic Nuncio to the United States, wrote to the USCCB general secretary with instructions that his communication be distributed to every U.S. diocese: "[T]he Congregation [of the Doctrine of the Faith] has affirmed that, with regard to the credibility of the 'apparitions' in question, all should accept the declaration, dated 10 April 1991, from the Bishops of the former Republic of Yugoslavia, which asserts: 'On the basis of the research that has been done, it is not possible to state that there were apparitions or supernatural revelations.' Being someone of God Christine you would think that you would know not to ask him what the things name was That's just common sense. I just had to take out my earphones cuz I didn't want to hear it Thank God the young man was sworn enough not to say it.

Did anyone watch the interview with Vicka in the early days, where she was explaining that the Blessed Mother was going to drop baby Jesus? Can the Blessed Mother drop baby Jesus? Also later they said that people were touching the Blessed mothers dress and it was getting dirty. Is that possible? This makes me question the authenticity of Medjugore.

The issue I have with Medjugorje is the fact that most of the visionary’s seem to be making a lot of money off of their apparent experiences. I also have an issue with the time the visionary’s apparently saw a demonic looking image that then quickly changed into Mary and apparently then apologized to then for appearing that way. I have also heard many, many, many, great conversion stories, so I am very confused and unclear and uncertain about this apparition. I am still praying my Rosary and many other devotions everyday, I hope my family and I will feel the peace and joy many people say they have experienced through Medjugorje.

I would like to say to those who can't go, I converted just by watching a tv program about it and that was in 1999. I started fasting right away. It took me a while to get a book about Medjugorje because I didn't know where and how to get Catholic books. Once I got the book, I was scared to read it but I ended up reading it which inspired me to pray the Rosary.

What a wonderful story. Yes it is true. I too have visited 3 times. Our Lady gave me the last visit for free (free for me as l got a gift of the best trip of my life). For those who don't not believe no evidence will convince them but for those who believe no evidence is required. The fruit of Medjugorje is that our lives have changed and we want to work for God here on earth. Our faith is strengthen and we have the courage to stand up to others and proclaim that God does exist and that he is truly allowing Our Blessed Mother to come to Medjugorje to help us and prepare us for these times. St Michael too so don't worry and waist time pondering on the devil but turn to God and surrender your life to him. If you like me start with one day yes l only gave God One day and he showed me that he can make that day better that what l could dream for myself.... From one day my life turned upside down and now it truly belongs to The One True God.🙏 Amen

Wow just arrived back on the 18th of October from Medjugorje💛🤗 first time there and what a time it was👍

I did a 9 day fast on 3 pieces of bread a day and water during COVID jobless time and since then til now twice a week every week. I can't tell you how many graces and a healing that happened!! But even during 2 day fasts weekly there is a protective shield around me with regards to temptations and that is a special grace.

I have been to Medjugorje and I was crying with joy an peace in my heart. I have been to Lourdes hence my name and same peace really overwhelmed me I could not move away from the grotto thank you our Blessed Mother Mary for coming here and leading us to Jesus Christ your son.💕💕💕

The point that gets missed is that God can make good out of bad. I came to the Church through a banned apparition (unbeknownst to me at the time). We could say that it was one of the "fruits" of the banned apparition or we can give God his due credit.

What a compelling interview & very powerful. I have been waiting for church approval of Medjugorje. I was introduced to it in the late 80s- my best friend went with her family & I experienced a conversion reading some of the early books on prayer & fasting. Now I can plan a trip. Thanks for the inspiration! Definitely the Holy Spirit at work.
