Why does the Eachine E010S fly longer than the Inductrix FPV? Does it need a mod?

One of our viewers, FrancisDron E, pointed out a video here, • longer TINY WHOOP flig... , and asked if this same voltage mod needed to be done to the E010S. The Inductrix FPV cuts off the battery WAY too early. 3.9 volts to be exact. In that video they show how to fix that. Francis wanted to know if this same mod was needed in the E010S to I decided to do some tests.

Excellent video, now i got a better insight about this drone, that i just ordered, now i just trying to figure out what extra batteries i will order, i have some options, that i still dont know if will fit in the battery compartment. - Eachine E010S 3.7V 240mAh 45C. - Eachine H8 Mini 3.7V 260mAh 30C. - Turnigy nano-tech 260mAh 35~70C. - Turnigy nano-tech 300mAh 20~40C.

I have the first set you listed on the way. I'm a little worried the bigger batteries will make the motors burn out a lot faster because of the extra weight and increased flight time. You get good flight times out of the 150s already.

Thank you for the answer, the "new" E010S from BG comes now with the first one on my list 240mAh 45C, i just ordered one, but as you said, can burn the motors fast, im still trying to figure this out, now just watching video about and eagerly waiting for the package arrival from bg! In the mean time just searching for spare batteries!

Yep, the link in the description goes to the one with the new battery also. I just hadn't seen that they changed it. Looks like my batteries are still on a boat on the way here.

Many have reported this to be a problem with the small 1.25mm connector

I'm looking for how to short out the voltage cut off on eachine stock board to fly till it will use a timer instead of dropping out of sky anyone know by chance or have diagram?

I get 3 to 4m on stock inductrix with 250ma batts .

I did too when I first got it. But over time it got shorter and shorter until it was down to about 1 minute. The brushed motors wear and require more amps to turn which causes it to trip the LVC. A lot of people replace the motors at this point but I was able to get it back up to 4 minutes with two mods. Is that a parallel charger on the right? How many amps does it charge and how long does it take to charge all your betterhes at once?

It charges the 5 batterie faster than I can use them. It works with most 1S batteries I have tried but doesn't recognize some batteries for reasons I can't explain.

On the e013 I get 3 minutes with a 150mah and 4 minutes with the stock 200mah.

What transmitter can you use with the E010s? I'm just getting into this and would like to get this quad.

It depends on your budget, but if you are really looking to get started in this hobby I recommend the Taranis QX7. bit.ly/TaranisX7 It's the blue one I use in several of my videos. It isn't the one I use in the E010S setup video, but the process is exactly the same. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Zn2LylUYDbI.html&t Then you need the E010S bit.ly/E010S The Taranis is an FrSky brand so you would choose that receiver option (FYI it's pronounced Free Sky) And then you just need goggles.
