Tbh you should be wearing a respirator when mowing those lawns. You only get one pair of lungs, you need to take care of them. Plus the longer you stay healthy the longer you can continue to work. People asking why you wear a mask have probably never mowed a lawn because anyone that does it on a regular basis would know exactly why you are wearing one.
