After 6 years of harassment letters big billy bollocks bouncer finally came round and knocked, I said no thanks and closed the door and he swore at me then walked off in a strop :)
TV licensing makes around 3.8 billion a year, plus they get around 40,000 convictions every year for non payment. So looks like they are doing well. You can give it the big man talk all you want.
@@iamcosgrove No. It just took a very quick Google search and I found all them figures. So again, you can give it all the big talk. But the BBC are doing well enough with the revenue and thankfully catching and prosecuting plenty of people who are watching live TV without a license. I pay my license because let’s be real, it’s not a lot. It’s mostly scroungers, scrubbers and those on benefits that seem to not want to pay.
Ignore the letters and don't answer the door if they show up. Without evidence you are watching live television without a license, they cannot do anything.
