Founded in 1931 by Loren Decker, Decker Truck Line stands as a testament to over 90 years of hard work and dedication. Joined by his brother Dale Decker, Sr. after World War II, the company has been a family affair from the start. Passed down through generations to the current CEO in 2022, Decker Truck Line has grown from a single Model B Ford truck in Iowa to an industry-leading carrier, all while maintaining its core values.
Decker Truck Line is not just a business; it's a family. Recognized multiple times as one of the Best Fleets to Drive For in North America, the company goes above and beyond to value its drivers. Competitive pay, bonus programs, and state-of-the-art equipment are just a few ways Decker shows appreciation for the hard work its drivers put in every day.
At the core of Decker's success are the Professional Drivers behind the wheel. The company's mission is to equip them with the best tools and support for efficient and safe job performance. Decker is committed to delivering freight safely, on time, and claim-free, and this commitment starts with treating its drivers right.
Why Choose Decker?
Family-Oriented: Decker is a family business that treats its drivers like family.
Competitive Compensation: The company offers substantial pay raises and bonus programs.
Quality of Life: Decker prioritizes home time opportunities and beneficial policy changes for its drivers.
Industry-Leading Equipment: Drivers are provided with the best tools to perform their jobs successfully.
Join the Decker Family
For those considering making Decker their work home, the company is confident that drivers will be pleased with their decision. Decker Truck Line values hard work, dedication, and most importantly, its people.

Realistically speaking, how much miles on average can you get here? Recruiter told me 2500/week. No 3000 mile a week?
@DeckerTruckLineInc
@DeckerTruckLineInc 10 месяцев назад
