Points to note 1. Dunzo has the best and most well mannered delivery executives, also who are slightly educated to understand pick up and drop(Almost till what I have seen). I never mind paying a premium for this. Also executives are always easily available in my area. I have never seen a Dunzo rider driving rash. I hope it survives 🤞 2. You’re wrong blinkit didn’t get famous because of zomato. It got converted from grofers taken over by Zomato. I used grofers alot and even today blinkit’s interface is somewhat like that. 3. Also Zomato never started delivering in 2008. It was just a food rating app. Infact it started delivering after swiggy and scootsy in 2015 (then taken over by swiggy) so Dunzo isn’t very new as said.
actually the food delivery company is food panda if u guys remember it went down sadly after that swiggy was growing but uber eats was sky rocketing even that died down now
People who bought it at IPO got cheated for sure even though I wanted to buy it I just waited for it to fall near ₹50. And Now I'm in good position as of now.
@@neel28sarkar Blinkit was essentially a fraud transaction. The company doesn't make money and Zomato has also reduced it's expansion since acquisition. Also worst part it's a related party transaction. Not sure how Sebi is sitting by so casually. SFIO should send Goyal to jail
i remember using Dunzo back in 2015 for small deliveries like medicines and frooti. Excellent service and back then they had scaled simply by word of mouth. Sad to see this current predicament. i think some of it can be attributed to people using VC money for their own partying and foreign trips. Unfortunate. They had a solid head start but hope they find some footing.
I feel that Reliance will ultimately buy dunzo for their Reliance Retail Business to make their Delivery strong and compete with 1 day delivery of Amazon and BigBasket as well Dunzo won't need to maintain and run their dark store then with employees so they can cut cost there.
Already all of my Jiomart orders which come from my nearest Reliance retails ship through Dunzo and dunzo daily has shut down since the past 3 months, it may happen sooner than realized but at the same time, even Google is investing in them too maybe because the live tracking data is of great use to them.
used to do part time delivery for dunzo throughout uni....made decent cash....got to explore each and every corner of bangalore and got to get inside many corporate and high profile places....back then there wasnt any uniform....good ol days ❤
@@jeevans7656 Agree, achina way of explaining things looks like taking the class for school students. I bear the pain just to get the content several times.
Zepto is main culprit here.. there is not need for quick commerce in india.. still investor poured monye on 17 yr olds . Blinkit is the next victim of this for sure
Nowadays startup companies in India be like.. Start > Create hype > fabricated annual reports > IPO > slowly pump the share value > sell it off totally to retail investors & exit.
Bro i have a doubt(I might be wrong), i see this teachers of UPSC for example you know whom guys i am talking about have extensive fan following from tier3 cities and villages and are so strong followers that they literally cancel matlab cancel people in the comments with 110% confidence. Jee I understand you have a hell lot of option cet, bitsat wagera wagera but about upsc what this people do after they fail? This famous upsc teachers give philosophical gyaan of this and that(do look at their comments just once), random reelers of this UPSC teachers(fan pages, really jee ke rehete hai lekin UPSC ke jyada hai) but do you really think their philosophical bakchodi gyaan practical in real life? Help karega inhe(Ek normal middle class bande ko?) Please make a video on this UPSC guys i have really seen their fan following is so much man and i even got cancelled once by that vikas divyakarti fans lol
I have donzoed so many things I mean the courier service, where I have sent a papaya grown in my house to a relative at the cost of 1.5kg of papaya in bangalore. I mean it just works and price really doesn't matter as the courier always reaches on time, and the ease of not travelling in that traffic in bangalore
Zomato was never delivering from 2008..it was just a restaurant rating app back then..they started delivering around 15 16 types..how can you get such basic facts wrong??
I believe that venture debt is a product that will become more popular among VCs for Indian market.......as really Indian start-ups have shown that they have kinda become addicted to VC money and seem to only care about Valuations.....well Venture Debt solves this
The govt. should set some minimum delivery time for all quick commerce companies in the market ( in favour of the delivery guys ) & some AOV value so that the businesses stay profitable too while the common public isn't much affected by it
Continuous funding rounds when they don't know what to do. And there are VC sitting there ready to give money too. It's a valuation game of first fooling each other and in the end, doing a last play of IPO and throw everything to foolish public.
I as a delivery boy of dunzo, it really sucks, always finds a small reason to impose heavy penalty which in the end leads to non payment of us, not so friendly to delivery boy which i feel it's good that they deserve it
I saw an interview of dunzo founder about 3 years ago In that video he was saying that we want to list on BSE one day And now they are on the verge on bankruptcy
I personally believe that businesses that are built around cheap unskilled labour that is easily available will further increade the divide between rich and poor. All indian businesses that are built with this relatively unskilled labour at its core are bound to scale disproportionately, get addicted to raising money just to even be in the green. Zomato, swiggy, dunzo, zepto etc.
was zomato delivering in 2008? I thought they were into only menu cards reviews and table booking like Yelp , Swiggy started the delivering and soon zomato could pivot and use their networks to do the same. At least in south, that I believe happened. Let me know if I am wrong, I cite that pivot example in a lot of my trainings :D
Ab bechare gareeb retailers ki haye loge to kya hoga😂😂. I am good buying things checking with my hands and eyes from local bhaiya. Dunzo can go bankrupt or out of business. Who cares
I have been watching your videos for quite a few month and i have noticed that the background music is slow and i am getting distracted by it Please can u fix this minor issue in future videos, i really want to concentrate on your videos
Quick commerce will never be profitable besides the fact that it's not safe for both the delivery drivers and others on the road. This industry should be shut down along with zepto.
