Why Election Security Matters - Carsten Schürmann 

Carsten Schürmann is a faculty member at the IT University of Copenhagen and the principal investigator of the DemTech project. He leads an interdisciplinary team of researchers investigating dependability, verifiability, and trustability of election technologies. Prior to joining the IT University, Schürmann was a member of the computer science faculty at Yale University. He holds a PhD from Carnegie-Mellon University.
