I have built several now and sell them for 850 and they come with a removable 2in receiver hitch. So therefore, while it is being transported, it can also act as an extra cargo carrier.

This is probably the only company that went over in great detail about the cost of producing their product and the justification of their price. Just pure excellence 😮 I'm not a beach goer personally, but I would buy this product simply to support the company

Is this cart for all terrains?

@@noreenebostick9593, yes! It was built for the beach but we use it year round at the beach, at home, at the park, on the field. The wheels are multi-terrain.

The only way I'd buy one of these is if it had a 3 speed switch so I could sit on it and ride it around.... What is the voltage of the motor, controller and battery¿? I just want to know if it's able to be upgraded or modded so it goes faster.... 😁

Wouldn’t that be fun?! However, it’s not design to ride inside of it. The steering does not work well when seated inside the wagon. Plus, most beaches around here do not allow vehicles that can be ridden on the beach. There are 2 x 12 volt 22 ah sealed lead acid batteries connected in series, and the motor is 24 volt, 500 W.

When fully loaded, does it become top heavy? Beaches are irregular and this thing looks like it could tip. Maybe a few videos of it in action loaded on a real beach??

This video was shot during the off-season. We are not fortunate enough to live near the beach during the off-season, so we shot it at the community park sand volley ball courts. We have numerous videos featuring our wagon on real beaches. No, it is not top heavy and is very stable. I’ll post some example videos on real beaches in a follow up response.

I may have missed something...how heavy is it? Can I easily pick this up and load it into the beach van?

Hi Brian, the wagon with all four railings on is 150 lbs. Without the railings on, it weighs 130 lbs.

Well let me know when you make one for low income families. It's just to expensive if you have a family. Almost 3k with the accessories not included that is a lot. It seems very useful but for that price I think I could just build a cheaper version and still would have enough money left over to add a solar panel for the battery so I wouldn't have to worry about it dying.Your design is great but would be even better if the average family can afford it.

Hi @@NASATH3GR3AT, thanks for watching and for your comments! Unfortunately, the cost is high to produce a wagon that will carry up to 300 pounds effortlessly through the thick sand. Our owner made his own first electric wagon. By the time it was all said and done, he had invested well over $1K, countless hours, and it didn't look or function nearly as well as an e-Beach Wagon. How long does the battery last on a full charge?

Hi Simon, you will get about 5 miles on 1 charge depending on how much weight you are carrying and the terrain you are traversing. We tested it carrying 200 lbs and it went nearly 5 miles. So, if you are carrying less weight over flatter ground, you will likely get more, and vice versa. @@miamiwax5504 There’s actually a very big market. Think of how many beach homes there are and what the average price of those homes are. An e-Beach Wagon is the perfect amenity for a beach home. There’s also a very big rental market. If you ever brought multiple toddlers to the beach, or you are physically limited to carry stuff to the beach, you may start to get it.

No future plans to modify the size. We would recommend adding a hitch and mobility carrier to transport with a minivan, if there’s not room inside.

Thanks for watching! We are pointing out what it would cost for someone to try to build their own. Of course we get better pricing when purchasing components in bulk, but our cost is probably higher than you think. We need to have a profit margin or it wouldn’t be a viable business.
