They don’t sell crude oil. They sell good old fashioned Russian oil and the other countries act just like in-betweens getting a very small commission for reselling it as their own

Over the past two years, gas from Russia to Europe via pipelines in Ukraine has continued to work as normal. I don't believe there is a Russian loophole, but rather an energy backdoor created by the Europeans themselves.

Only the US controlled governments imposed sanctions on Russia. None of the Arab, Latin American or African countries didn't impose sanctions. Almost no Asian countries didn't follow US policy towards Russia. Why do EU countries not import cheap fuel and gas from the US and Canada?

Eventually Putin would sell the extra oil and gas, because they are not extra. The demand remains the same just Europe would buy their oil, gas from elsewhere and Russia can sell its oil and gas elswhere. Probably the prices, cost and profit would change a bit, or more than a bit.
