Depending on the temperature requirements for the part you can make pretty much anything you want to. The common plastics used in 3D printing have a working temperature range of 50-110'C depending on which one you use but there are high temperature plastics that can also be used but they are less common. The ability to fix things is largely only limited by your ability to model the needed parts.
@@childofgod4862 depending where you are in the world it is usually better to get someone local who can measure the part that needs to be made, there are printing communities throughout the world and most are happy to help people out. It usually requires a bit of back and forth of checking that the part fits correctly which can be difficult if you can't see the fit in person.
