Kelly never let anyone dis your art. It is your art! I let life get me down so much that it took me a few years to create again. And guess what? I got put down again but I am older and stronger and it is my art. You and fam are in my prayers girl.
Absolutely adorable, my favorite is the watermelon 🍉 of course they are adorable. My grandma used to tell us “People are seldom sorry for words left unsaid”. I’ve tried to live my life by not saying mean things to others. Have I ever..yes..have I felt bad…yes… I’ll never understand why people choose to be rude, mean, cruel to others. Great projects! Love them! A trick to mod podging scrap paper is to lightly mist the paper with water just before laying it down on the mod podged piece. Lightly smooth it out with your hands for just a few seconds. Works every time and no wrinkles.

I love these projects. I just bought some of that sunflower burlap today. First time I've seen it at my DT. I'm not a fan of watermelon but that Mason jar watermelon welcome sign turned out adorable.

Love the watermelon! I know I have some of the Mason jar shaped signs in my stash, now I can take your idea and be creative. I liked the mounted bracket to display your sign. I'm gonna go watch that video too. Thanks Kelly for taking the time to share your ideas. 😊
When you mix your own colors you are making a one of a kind creation. I like mixing colors. These jar plaque crafts are so cool! When you were making the one with sunflower burlap all I could think about was making one with a real jar. A person would have to cut out the sunflowers and mod podge them separately, but it would still be cool. They would be a pair - for a tier tray or a theme for a party, or a shelf.
