I have cried or fought back tears many times during church. Sometimes a church song or a sermon just hits you like that. Thinking about past experiences, lost ones, just life itself. Everyone is so busy Monday thru Saturday with life, when Sunday comes , its time to reflect and release, and church provides that space to talk to God ( in your head of course) and let it all out and soak in the grace of God.
