Bhai mehnat to har jagh hai, but important is how much you get paid. Even i used to work hard leave home at 7 AM travel 50kms work from 9 am to 9 pm. And reach home at 11 pm. And repeat for 5 days a week. And weekend also wfm. All this to earn 45k PM 🤷♂️. In same building there are housekeeping & office boys who work 6-8 hrs per day, no overtime, still make same or even more than me.
I am a finance executive. And people shouldn't think CA will make you king of finance and can take any roles just by doing CA. The CA's are useful only with financial consulting, accounting, and auditing, that's it. If you want a good finance roles, just do some good courses, develop your skills, and improve your communication skills.
The problem is people think banking is the most rewarding career. But the reality is there is too much supply and demand is becoming low. But look at something like gaming Industry. High demand low supply: and a good game developer with unity,webgl or unreal experience is making 10times more than investment bankers but job is not sexy. This stupidity in ppl’s mind that finance is rewarding will eventually eat them.
Feeling sad for those parents who were obsessed for engineering and pcm make fun of other then their kids after graduation come to commerce line for job
You shouldn't worry about work life balance in initial years of your career if you are planning to do job for the whole life as it will help you get stability and good position in the future.
