@@Sonu-er6si okay when I did my fasting I would start at 6:00 a.m. in the morning until 6:00 p.m. in the evening keep praying and believing that God's going to receive your words and you're going to receive the miracle keep reading the Bible like Psalms cuz those are like prayers for god to answer you just keep reading Psalms and praying about what you want God to deliver you from or to receive do not eat nothing only rely on God show God that you're relying on him and not food only drink water you can drink as much water as you want but that is what I done 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. no food at all no coffee nothing just water you could do it for 3 days or you can do it for seven sometimes God might push you harder but he will only put on you what he knows you will handle but I'm praying in the name of Jesus that you will receive a miracle that you're asking for from God and that all things that you pray about will come to pass and may your relationship real closer with God through Christ Jesus in Jesus name Amen

Jesus said after this manner, pray Ye like this. All scriptures which cited Jesus praying, it said He opened his mouth and said.... There are no scriptures which state a Christian is praying and has nothing to say. Unless you are talking about meditation. Prayers isn't silence and silence isn't prayers. The closest person in the Bible who prayed silently was Hannah the mother of Samuel and yet the Bible says she still spoke or whispered words.

In the oriental Orthodox Church fasting has a big place. Most of the year the followers of the church do fast. It all depends on the strength of person or health situation. Some people fast only from animal products like (Vegan ) some people fast until 12:00 or until15:00 or 17:00. When people fast they don't even drink . When the person fast they don't take any animal products. I have been doing this for most of my life because I am the member of this church. I must say it did great to my body and soul. People who Fast live long life too. It helps to fight against cancer.

I broke an extended fast by drinking a cooler that has some alcohol and I got super sick, and my lower body swelled like an elephant. I went back to the fast for 12 more days, and had pity on my foolishness and healed me and I am not on dialysis, Praise the Lord He is Good❤

Agree except how to break your fast…the best way is with broth, like mentioned here in the video, or fat. This video says not to do fat but gives toast as a good example. Bread is obviously a carbohydrate and will act like ingesting sugar and spike your insulin and may upset your stomach. Broth or a spoonful of coconut oil or some other kind of fat is the best way to break a fast. Then about 30mins later you can eat some protein.

Whilst you are correct in most of your statements, the key question to ask is what did Jesus command? He also commanded his disciples and everyone else to fast. This means fasting is also a part of the kingdom. Not required for salvation, but required for disciplining the flesh. All scriptures must be harmonised and balanced. Jesus had faith and yet he fasted. Moses had faith, yet he fasted. Apostle Paul speaks of "with fasting often". These are part of a Christian life not to earn, but to grow.

This was good but there is the 21 Daniel fast & that is replacing your normal sweets and savory food for fruits and veggies Daniel 10:3

Daniel's fast on this occasion an actual d fast. That which he did initially at the beginning of the book of Daniel was not a fast. He and his friends were opting out of eating the king's food which was offered to idols. It is similar to you attending an occasion and you are offered alcohol but you reject that and choose fruit juice instead. That isn't the same as a fast. So the first occasion was not a fast, the second occasion in Daniel 10 was a full fast. Also, we must bear in mind that the walk of God with everyone is different. Daniel's fast was not neccedarily prescriptive but it was what He did as God led him personally.

There isn't any scripture in the Bible that says David fasted and ate just vegetables. If you mistakenly meant Daniel, then that too wasn't a fast. (Daniel chapter 1). He was abstaining because of religious reason since he didn't want to defile himself with the kings meat. But that wasn't a fast. Instead he was abstaining from defiling himself. He fasted mainly in Daniel 10 where he ate nothing at all for 3 weeks.
