My issues with the Purdy critics are how these analysts continue to move the goalpost. After storming onto the scene, it was to name a few: 1. let's see a full year as starter now that teams have tape on him. 2. Can't win from behind or they want to see he performs after a terrible game. 3. Can he perform without his avengers. 4. Can't throw down field (which has always been incorrect) 5. It's all Shanahan's genius for the wins and all BP's fault for the losses. 6. My favorite, he isn't a Super Bowl QB. The list is ever changing. Can we apply these same takes with all the other quarterbacks? Or is it to stir up fan bases to garner attention? Don't know, don't care. I'm not worried about our qb situation at all. Ben Solak should realize Chiefs D coordinator is a film watcher and he has been very up front about what he sees and how good Purdy is. People like Ben need to just give it up. It’s embarrassing
As a Cowboys fan (thanks for the condolences), I would absolutely take Purdy over Dak. Dak panics under mild pressure, can’t throw the deep ball, and makes poor decisions. The Cowboys will be saddled with that idiotic contract for several years.
