Hamare yeha ek bhi football Academy nahe hai 😭 sabhi football khalna chate hai lakin khal nahi pate hai kaise indian team mai acha football player ayega AIFF ko har ek district mai 2 football Academy suru karna chahiye 😢 ❤
Football is not taken seriously in India. Thing is, it's the only sport to get global recognition. ISL clubs were opened from a businessman's pov, it still is.
Yes ISL do prove falilure as the biggest tournament for India and AIFF do something for the best as including OCI and PIO or do better league then ISL for Football of India 👌👍
Jo log bolte hain cricket dekhna band karna padega unke liye ye. Ek hi sport hai jisme hum dominant hai aur usse relevant rehne do kyonki wo ek bahut bada factor hai indians ko unite karne ka. Secondly, India ki population 1.4 billion hai, aur england aur Australia jaisi countries jinki population 100million bhi nahi hai, wo 1 chhodo, 3-3 sports dominate karte hain.
India has been way below poverty for too long, so that's a factor. But, if Indian Cricket team doing good job, then why shouldn't we support them? 'Boycott cricket' is nothing but some agenda.
Dude you just can't able to accept that right now Indian team is at its worst phase in football sports like javelin throw, archery and indoor games like chess and tennis look at Rohan bhopana these are not the games huh these are not effected by cricket, tell me ,in reality our team is weak they need better player they can't even able to do some basic football play against team like Syria where there's already so much crisis going on don't blame their disappointing approach and play into cricket it's just an excuse
@@MuditPallook our bodies are adapted to where we live, Africa is more worse than India when it comes to weather so their body has adapted to African conditions, same for India. I being a seasonal footballer can easily play 90 minutes game, so i expect a professional player who's been playing entire life, has proper diet and stuff should have more endurance than me
I will tell you the real reason... For majority of the rich urban people, supporting local club is just too middle clus... That's why you will see the rich urban educated youth only watches european football. Even in bengal the working class people support Mohunbagan, East bengal or Mohameddan... During 2023 AFC match between Mumbai city fc and Al hilal, local youth supported Al Hilal at the stadium!!!!!
You're wrong AFC champions league match between Al hilal vs Mumbai City fc, I watched live . The crowd wore Al hilal Neymar jersey but they supported MUMBAI CITY FC . Whenever AL hilal players gets a ball crowd started booing. fans chanted "let's go Mumbai" many times in that match .
Bhai iraq or iran mein Civil war almost 12 saal se chal rha h Phir bhi they are good at that point Yr tm 5 saal mein pass krna nhi sikh rhe to kyaa ...? Intention or intensity ki kmi h hmre team m
Problem is, India's football structure is so broken that it's hard to grow a culture. Sometimes, it's about execution; like, the coach wants you to play attacking football, that doesn't mean that you commit silly mistakes in defense. Partially, its the manager's fault too. Point is, football is one such game, where you need to have a structure and culture, otherwise, it's not easy to go ahead.
I followed first 2 seasons of ISL.at that time hype was very high but it slowly died down . Another bad thing about isl is that there is no relegation and the promoted team from ileague have to pay franchise fee in isl . Also number of teams should be atleast 18 and a proper pyramid is needed for clubs in india . Forget world cup we need 20-30 years just to win afc asian cup
The way ISL is DOING currently (if they don't change it drastically), I don't even see India qualifying for Quarters in AFC Asian Cup. All the franchise owners are unhappy because the clubs are losing more and more money, Delhi and Pune completely shut their teams off. So, in short, situation is getting tougher. Hope, ISL doesn't turn out to be another I-league in future.
The amount is higher although, roughly about 700 Cr. However, firstly, AIFF doesn't distribute all the money to the clubs. It keeps 30-35% of it to itself. Now, each of these clubs have to spend nearly 100 cr. each season. Number of fans in the stadiums are getting lesser, so matchday revenues are getting cut down too. Now, if you're familiar with European Football, you'd know UCL finalist Inter Milan is on the verge of bankruptcy. Mainly because of low revenue from merchandises and brand deals. Actually, merchandises almost contributes 40-50% of the club's total revenue ideally and brand deals' contributions differ. These clubs hardly sell any of their tshirts or socks officially, and generating less matchday revenues is just rubbing salt in the wounds.
This feels like we should just give up one ever playing in fifa world and we are moving towards another downfall if aiff don't do anything about it we are doomed in football its heartbreaking to see 😭😭😭😭
Mai batata hu dikkat kaha aari UTTARAKHAND ka state game football hai pr le deke Anirudh Thapa ke alawa uttarakhand ka koi player ka naam mai to nhi jaanta.. Yaha football stadium se jyada to 5 saal mai CM aa jaate hai.
Actually in America, Soccer had seen few ups and downs, unlike India, where it is following constant downward trajectory. MLS was pretty popular before WWII, then the popularity fell off; again the hype skyrocketed when Pele or Beckham joined. So, some people got hooked to it, and the sports culture in the US is pretty much more than just a pastime. So, that's why...
@@Ashtrek_ytIf I watch football between european and india, is like india don't know to pass well if they got the ball they are just running alone and forget the one who is free alone they never looked up sometimes but most of them do like that and if we see the passing most of the time they just sometimes shoot they don't look back passing style , shortcut , passing back , they need to plan very quickly in order to get that goal. They need to improve in passing, pressure and so much more , how it is not impossible 1.4 billion people in this country and we could not find any best talent ,the scout should select perfect if we see some scouts never choose them well in my opinion and my friends. I hope u read it
Selection is not done properly, sunil chitri and goal keeper gurpeet not even performing well in local ISL , some of the players selected are not even performing good in ISL, the coach must be kicked out, he is always looking for excuse and questioning Indian system , we had to select best of best from ISL
Sunil Chhetri is the only one carrying this team; the team is too much dependant on a 39 year old man. And, Stimac is too pragmatic, same team, same formation, and nothing new according to the opponents.
This is not about only poor infrastructure If it would be happening then kindly see African Football.. This is only the mindset of Our"s about Football.. & Lack of experience that we are not playing with high class international teams inspite of ISL, EAST BENGAL - MOHANBAGAN.. That's it.. We had to change the mindset. We should compete with international teams more..
AIFF doesn't want India to face top sides because they're gonna humiliate India anyway, instead playing against some minnows would guarantee some wins and AIFF would be safe from criticism.
Africa has culture if not the infrastructure..... India has neither..... Developing football culture will take time but infrastructure is a necessity for even a chance
Vai Banagli to ? .. If Indian government allow PIO players to play for INDIA then what will happen for other sports and jobs . People around the world will come into india and work. You only have 450 subscriber please dont make any more video on PIO inclusion dear.
As per my knowledge, India already allows PIOs to stay and work in the private sector. They can't take up any government jobs or represent national teams. Currently, in other sports like Cricket or Hockey, there is no need for PIOs to play for their teams, nor is there any push for it. Therefore, it is the AIFF's task to advocate for it. However, I'm unsure if they can make an exception, and at the same time, I doubt there has been any law prohibiting it.
@@Ashtrek_yt Indian constitution does not support dual citizenship those pio who can take only Indian citizenship they can play for Indian football team this is our current rule . Izumi Arata already did this and that is not the solution dear under 10 to 20 we need good coach and proper Infrastructure . Make one video on Armando Colaeo we beat Quatar 23 at there home 2-1. We badly need coach like Armando Colaso, Sanjoy sen .
Ik India doesn't support dual citizenship, that's why, I was advocating about granting permission for PIO footballers. My point is, PIO is definitely not a long term solution, without infrastructure and proper training you can do nothing, that's for sure; but, this is a dire situation. If India wants improve in football, it is time. Because, the way foreign leagues are entering into the Indian market and booming, along with the rise of cricket, kabaddi and hockey, Indian football has only one way - it's downward. Hardly anybody would care about it and eventually it will be back to square one. Some SAFF trophies and some friendly trophies - that'd be India's highest achievements ever.
It's definitely not, but if you can bring those players into your squad, it definitely will boost the quality and people will be more interested to watch those players. So, in a way, it's like an indirect investment in youth; the competition will be there, so it's ultimately beneficial for the future. Most importantly, the team will get better and that nevertheless will bring tons of exposure, advertisements and investments, that'll give the whole pyramid a quick boost.
@@Ashtrek_yt if it happens it has to be in all sport they cannot do exception for fotball and if it is implemented do u even know the consequences think about in a broader prospective there will be too many challenges there are indians all over the world what will be the point of grass root development you are thinking solutions for short period, think big man
I get your point. The thing I'm talking about is a short term fix but it'll have the long term effect. After the pandemic, foreign leagues are entering the Indian market more than ever. If you are familiar with European Football, you'd that European Super League will be launched and even they'll stream it for free. So, what would majority of the football fans do? They'd watch ESL, even English Premier League will be sidelined, let alone Indian Football. There hardly will be any brand deals, again the scarcity of money, so ISL will eventually become I-league again. Then, why'd anyone want to become a footballer? Thing is, it's not '80s or '90s, that the government should focus on youth only, it's too late. Cricket or Hockey will only further grow and football will be going backwards. When all the football contents are getting easily accessible, why would average viewers compromise their experience? I know, PIO is risky; but they can make a exception too if they want. Like, its a football development project, hockey or cricket or kabaddi teams have more than decent players, so foreign players wouldn't be necessary there. Ultimately, it's a risky bet, if properly implemented, they can some of the complications and it could succeed.

@@EvilKicksMoney 😂😂 were did you get these raw knowledge? Google? 😂 Google shows what you search. There is a huge decline in junior participants in Cricket and I know Football is not for poor genetics of Indians 😂😂 because Football need stamina and power and Indians are Lazy AF
And rightly so, except few all major football stadiums are athletic stadiums, Second division league and national cup tournament don't have tv broadcast whereas celebrity cricket or retired cricketers do, majority states don't conduct local leagues up till recent i think they didnt even have a state team...
Its not crickets fault.its failure of sports culture in schools and colleges. There is so much scope in sports but there is no proper infrastructure or route to enter in sports
Because, they have genetical advantages in terms of stamina. Talents aside, being capable of playing full 90 minutes is definitely tougher than it seems.
@@Ashtrek_yt if you train well you can improve stamina btw if there fighting spirit in the team then they achieve more . nothing beats talents i see no creativity in the team
That's why, proper training from the early ages is important. Indian kids, especially who are into athletic sports are mostly from rural areas, who doesn't had quality lifestyle and training; so, that's quite a problem.
JAB tak North India me Football popular nahi hoga Football me India kabhi tho aage nahi jayega, because Bengali, Kerala and we North East people are not physically build for Football. This is harsh reality 😢
In fact, whole South East Asian genetics is not built for supreme athletism. NE Indians typically have just one advantage - they have better stamina. So, Indians need to develop technicalities, for that, having a proper culture is essential.
Stop blamming cricket for our performance in other sports India has population of 1 point 4 billion which is not a joke Do you know Uruguay has just population of 3 point 4 million and they are good in football while we have too much football fans as compare to Uruguay population Afc match between India and Australia attendance was more than 30 thousand in which most were Indians and it is very good attendence Our football team was supported more than Australia in match and against Uzbekistan we played worse than Australia So why fans will support Indian football team if they not do good in big tournaments Before 1980 cricket was very less followed in India but then they start winning big matches then people start following cricket and we can see the cricket popularity in India now So please stop blamming cricket
Learn from China’s mistakes. They poured so much money into their football league, yet it failed. They brought international players to play in their national team, yet they failed. There’s no magic formula and yet it’s plain and simple: kids of this country must gravitate towards football like they do for cricket. When you have football being played with passion in every street and every field, then you’ll become a football nation.
I'm a 14 years old player I have been playing football since 6 years and I'm in love with football but there are no nearby championship or even selections😢 I want to build a career in it But there is no option for it too⚽

It's easy to blame others rather than looking at your own. It's a common narrative circulating on social media; started as a joke but now it has gotten pretty serious.
Coordination ke liyey time chaiyey yey team game hain cricket nhi ki individual gameplay acha hoga to chaljayega har do mahine baad team badloge to kya hoga
ISL's poor scheduling, AIFF not making arrangements for match with higher ranked teams, just arranging a SAFF competition and some smaller meaningless tournament, that's it- so many factors are there.
None of the fans or viewers experienced the proper football stadiyum ambience that's so Different so proper football stadiyums makes people more connected to the culture and the fans respecting managements makes fans connect more to the team
Most of the footballers in India have given more time in studies than in playing football due to Indian education system.Other countries don't do this, they give their people to concentrate more on what they want to become.
Indian education system is much more of a burden than western countries, it's true; but the same you can't say about Cricket or Kabaddi. Problem is the lack of culture, imo
Khep football cup (jharkhand) .. How can they grow?? the unrecognizable footballer like - 💥Sadhu Marendi 💥 have more live views /followers than, our main players... How??
The issue is that investors don't seem to care about these tournaments. They launched ISL merely to add it to their portfolio. The less investment these tournaments receive, the more the system deteriorates.
True, but people are no longer that much interested. Since RPSG took over MB, a group of supporters opted not to support the team, EB fanbase has declined a lot in recent years; and outside Kolkata, hardly anybody in the state, cares about them. Those who still support EB and MB are mostly from previous generation.

And transportation problem of that stadium area in 10-30pm after match is also a major cause.

The main problem of Indian Football is that world football education's only primary level is available in India. So with primary level football education you cannot take on the post graduates. On the contrary the Indian origin footballers have that post graduate level of football education. The Parliament must pass a bill adopting a special duel citizenship exclusively for those footballers and their family members. We don't have to think for future also. Because the next generation of Indian origin footballers will be even better than the present lot, likes of Yan Dhanda, Sarpreet singh and others.
? Is how many play football in India in a professional environment. .. infrastructure and finally if any give his/her 100% and fails to qualify in national football team what is their future ..... Conclusion are parents ready to send their kids for football coaching like cricket.
ISL players ki improvement ke liye hai or yahi ISL ki wajah se humare national team ko proper training camp nhi milraha . To ye league karane ka kya faida jis se Hume hi nuksaan hora hai
True. Current structure of ISL practically isn't serving any significant purpose for the football itself. A 5-6 month season is already too short and during international window, franchises are not willing to let players leave for national duty. 😶
Indian Football is in Catch 22 situation. Only a miracle can save the game in India. For starter, recruit NRIs to play for the national team. I don't mind if the entire team is made up of NRIs. The team needs to show top tier performance abroad so that it starts a conversation. Everything will follow afterwards.
@@Ashtrek_yt My explanation is really straightforward. Playing top-tier games and giving established teams a hard time is the best way to draw attention, which will ultimately bring sponsors. The survival of the game and making it popular in India needs to be the priority right now. In parallel we can train the next generation of youngsters which needs a proper long term planning and a practical vision. Winning SAFF Championship is no longer sufficient. If a team composed solely of PIOs can offer us hope, then fine. The hope itself is lacking at the moment. Even while we have a larger football fan population than some of the more developed, smaller countries, the bulk of Indians choose to watch the European leagues.

Avg attendance in KBFC stadium in 2014 was 49k and now it is 31k (Ik, stadium capacity is reduced to 45k now). So, in a way, the league's popularity is declining. People were more excited to see Man City's Treble than these matches tbh. However, KBFC and MBSG are the only two teams that are selling more than 20k tickets per match. But, there are 10 teams also playing; their record is abysmal. And, it's not about legacy, because Kolkata used to be the football capital of India, people used to be crazy about football; they still are crazy but not about Mohun Bagan or East Bengal, they're crazy about United or City or Real.
We need a Japanese coach asap because sir Igor stimac only wants oci players for team India for quick growth which is not possible if the government didn't support AIFF vision.
