Oh wow! I didn’t notice that Simon was there also until now. It's strange to watch all this footage and see George jumping to the point of hurting himself, being "happy" and enjoying the last moments of Wham! at that last concert because now we all know that he was really very depressed and just didn't want us to notice. He was very professional.💫 As far as I know, 'The Final' was professionally recorded so let’s hope that the GM/Wham! Estate release it with the proper quality.🎞️💎
Albert, you are a pro on creating videos. The best around. Let's hope that Andrew and the estate with FINALLY release/upload the Final concert on video (even with some editing) and of course doing the same for all WHAM! concert tours. Two concerts, at least, were videotaped and three concerts, at least, were filmed. All Wham! fans die to see these concerts.
😮 These statements are really very strange. Simon and Elton had been invited to the concert, so I don't understand why George would say this. Incidentally in the full version of the video George introduces Simon by saying "ladies and gentlemen Mr Simon Lebon!!!!" (And the crowd screams). There are also lots of photos of George and Simon hugging each other during their performance. Very strange also that he said they didn't know each other! For example in November 1984 they had participated in Do They Know It's Christmas. Plus I read a lot of articles from 1983, 1984, 1985 where George often talked about Duran Duran and Simon. So very, very strange!
Ha Simon? ! Just goes to show you how fixated I was/am on George (and I've seen this clip many times) and I never ever once noticed Simon on the left! I'm not gonna lie, you can't miss Elton John's wig. But please George Michael's estate we DO NOT CARE about Simon and what he did. Please please release this video. George will forgive you for all the happiness his lovelies will feel and for the new generation who should be introduced to his music with Wham.

Simon is so cringe. This isn't the first story about his ego by another super famous/popular musician. That's the problem with super successful people, they never get told no and have ZERO boundaries that they do these cringy things aka DRAKE, Justin Beiber etc. Apparently Simon went up toe Dave from Depeche Mode (when they were already huge) "Hey...
