Everone who was responsible for WW1 and WW2 is nowadays dead, so are all those who suffered from the war. There are no criminals and no victims left anymore (except for a tiny number of individuals who were little children back then). All that is left in Europe nowadays is a modern, technologically advanced, economically advanced and educated society that has drawn wisdom from the dark past (something a lot of other societies in the world who barbarically oppress and victimize parts of their society through brutal theocracies and dictatorships, evil laws and human rights violations have yet to learn and may never learn). Bringing up WW2 every time the Germans are mentioned is totally nonsensical. That´s like blaming an innocent child for the deeds of their parent.

History is history what matters is that we learn from it. Now it seems germany has learned from its past and is moving towards a future where they destabilize tensions globally.
