@@antonellisoftball The reason for my comment is I have watched your videos for years. This particular video contradicts many of your other videos from the past in my opinion. Maybe you have forgotten some of them but my point being you have never emphasized not to get your foot down early until now. I happen to disagree with the notion of getting your foot down early. Most just lung trying to do so. This particular video I happen to think is your best take or explanation of a great swing. Didn’t mean it in a derogatory manner.

Front foot is a timing mechanism and allows the swing to be released. It doesn’t generate swing path, coil, follow through or power.

Bud, You don't have a clue about what the foot down is all about. I would not let You teach T Ball..You are making hitting so complicated, but that gets You what You want.
