Actually it is misspelled twice. The mathematician that named the number 10^100 asked his son what to name it and he said to name it 'Google' after the famous comic strip character 'Barney Google'. The father wrote it down as googol.

It's not dumb bc the number 1 googol has 100 zeros and I think when they found out they didn't misspell it they just didn't want it to mean 1 with 100 zeros

Fun fact: Googol is a number. The number is by 1, and one hundred 0s. They wanted to call it "Googol" because there are a myriad amount of answers there are on Google. The answers depends on what the question is. The answer can change even by one word. Because things about healing can change depending on the specific type of person to get your answer. The difference between different people can change the answer.
